Those are prety old, older then I remembered. And I lost all the signatures I made, when I had to reset my pc completely. (Virus, pain in the *bottom*). So here a little somerhting I just made, so you know how up to date I am. I'll post some more later.

If the oil ran out, all counties will be forced to find different fuels. The government would fund alot of money in somehow bring it back, and everyday normal people will not belive. And think the govenment are hinding something from them. Then probably a big revolt making the would into a futuristic wasteland, and socicity will have to start up again. And with something else to replace fuel, but then that will run out and then...........

This is a tut for how to make the lines for this: Step 1 Make your picture. However you want. Step 2 With you picture their, leave it for now. And make a new document. Width= 1px Height=2px Background contenets= Transparent Step3 Now get out your pencil tool, and set the master diameter to 1px. And color black. Step 4 Zoom into your document so you can see it probably. Step 5 Draw 1 dot at the top. So you have Step 6 Now go to edit >> Define pattern name it anything you want. step 7 Now go back to your work. And make a new layer on top of all your other layers. Fill it with a color that goes well with your work. And now double click that layer, to bring up blending options. Step 8 Put these options Make sure the pattern is the one you made. Step 9 Now lower the fill off the layer to 20%. And your done. to lower fill, it's on layer window, below Opacity. Hope that helps you lot out. This Tutorial has been tested and made by Forbez.
