Yes, true. You will need copyright licenses, what I say is if you don't have the money, make your own songs up! You will need a microphone though. Really, It's not that hard, A three year old could do it.

Domains are in three types: Domains: .com/.net/.biz/.co.uk/.de/.fr/. - They'd cost you money, you sometimes can get them with lots of ads or stuff or you could get free one's from reward sites, ezrewards for example. Subdomains: .trap17.net/.trap17.com/.freehost.com/ freewebs.com/ and others like that. They are mostly always free! Also free redirection: .co.nr/.tk/.likes.it/ - They're not real domains, they just redirect things like: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/.
