  1. Reebok still makes shoes and stuff (I bought a pair a few months ago). If I remember correctly, they just decided to close out all their stores and only sell their stuff in the usual department stores...As for the original topic, I really don't care much for either Nike or Addidas. I'm a Reebok fan, and also like New Balence quite a bit. Boks because they're just well made, and generally comfortable, and NB for their arch supports (and they make a great cross-trainer). As for which one I would rather choose between Nike or Addidas, I guess I'd have to go with Nike. (Addidas have never felt very comfortable to me).
  2. Seven. It's always been seven and I don't know why. It has been rather lucky for me, though not for anything major.I also like numbers: Three, Five, and Twelve. Hmmm.....that's odd. Never realized before that all but one are prime....heh....
  3. I rather liked the game itself. I didn't really care who won that much, so I was able to enjoy it for what it was: a game. I was glad that in the end it was close. It makes it better that way. Half time was boring, I'll agree, but at least we didn't have the "Wardrobe Malfunction" we had last year.....Some of the commercials were great, though I though it was a bit lacking then in recent years. However, they were being extra careful this year, and I'd rather they be that, then the other way.
  4. How about Google Adsense? There's a whole topic about it down a few spots in this same forum. From everything I've heard, it's a pretty good way to make money, as well as being safe. Any questions, just look at the topic about it. I myself don't know much (as I haven't used it) but I have friends that do, and say that it's really good. Besides, it's google...
  5. Does anyone else on here draw maps of non-existant places for fun? Or how about create a synthetic language just to see if you can? How about righting short stories? Just curious. Please tell us about it. if you think I'm wacko and should just be quiet....that's ok too. ...but please be nice. Anyway, talk away!

    Firefox

I love Firefox....that thing is great. The pop-up blocker works great, and it does load rather fast....usually. SOmetimes It seems to have a bit of trouble, but I'd have to say that in general it's faster the Internet Explorer. The themes and extentions are awesome! I really think this browser is better then IE in just about every way, shape and form. The best part is, it's free!
  7. I like the huns, but no...I don't think they are overpowered. They're great for Rushing, but that's about it. If their rush fails, then they're in trouble. They have little to no defences. Even their Special Unit (which, yes, is very good) is not good in a defensive situation. They're great for rushing and for being on the attack, but not much else. If you want the real Superpower of Age2, use the Tuetons. It's common knowledge that on land maps, these guys simply dominate. Also, the Byzantines, Britons, Celts, and Koreans are really good. And the Mayans can be powerful if you play them right. So, while the Huns are irritating, and powerful, overpowered? No. As for your second question, No. Someone who only knows how to play Huns can't be considered an Expert. However, if they know how to use all the civs, but choose to use the huns, then yes, I say that could be, though it depenends on whether they can pley the others "expertly" as well.
  8. Oh! Can't believe I forgot:Reading. (I do this almost voraciously.....I'm constantly reading about 3-5 books during the same period of time...)Creative Wrinting (this is something I like to do for fun. Not Fan-fic type stuff....but original stuff I've come up with. I usually write fantasy, though that's not always the case.)Creating Languages (Or Private Lang, as I call it. I'm in the middle of developing a full, speakable, writable language right now for one of the stories I've written. I'm to the point now that I can actually talk in full sentences and such without too much holding me back. Ok, so.....yeah, I'm a little odd.... )Also, I play piano. The only instrument I play, but I play well enough to win a few competitions, and enjoy it very much. Music is one of the greatest gifts we have to use.
  9. I'm right handed and am happy as I am. I have tried to get my left to be stronger and more agile then it is for the fun of it, but I never really stick to it....In general I have good coordination, but I haven't really tried enough to bring my left up to speed as you might say, but it doens't seem to hurt me too much.I think Southpaws are cool....just because it's different. I think as for advantages, it really about equals out in the end. IYou have certain advantages to being right-handed, and certain to being left-handed. As it's not something you choose, I don't really think it's something to dwell on, though it would be cool to be completely ambidextrous.
  10. Anyone here care about this? And if so, who are/were you rooting for? I guess I'm for the Eagles, though I don't really like either team. It's really more of who I feel deserves it more. Anyway, there's less then a minute left, and anyones game. Let the American Football fans speak!
  11. I like Root Beer, especially Barque's and Mug of the main types, though Steward's and IBC are the best of the other types. At times, though, nothing just beats Sprite. Of Cola type things, Probably DR. Pepper (sorry guys), or Cherry Coke. I don't like Pepsi very much (just somthing about it, almost what I would call a "Soapy taste" makes me dislike it, especially the Caffine Free kind). Of any type of Beverage total, I like Shakes, Fruit Smoothies (when they're well made---none of the packaged stuff) and Water will always be the drink of choice when I'm the most thirsty.
  12. I am into many things:Archery (fun sport, wish more people were into it)Listening to music. (especially Film Scores/soundtracks)Web Design (still in the basics of just learning, but hope to get much better)Lord of the Rings Books/Movies (this series is awesome. Tolkien is a genius. I suppose you could call me a bit of a fanatic of Middle Earth.)Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game (great, great game. Unfortunately it absorbs alot of my money, but I love it all te same.) Music Composition (I'm hoping this to be my profession, so....I guess it's an important "hobby" to keep up.)And much, much more. I can't think of it all right now....
  13. I'm fifteen, I'll be sixteen in March. I'm somewhat just starting in Web-design and such. As it is, I'll probably use this account for a forum of some kind, though I hope to maybe (when I get a little better at actual design and such--still have books to read about it) create a page of my own, perhaps a blog. Also, I, aspiring to the profession of Film Composition, would like to make a page about that.
  14. It's a fun game, but I found it rather borish over time. It's really addictive (especially at first), but after a while, it seems that you're not able to level up easily, and when you don't have friends on there, it's not much fun. The thing that annoys me most, is the people at higher levels that steal your minerals and such out from under you...but other then that, I still play it periodically.
  15. I did a google search and came up with this: http://www.sgalaxy.com/ I would assume that that is what you're talking about? Looks interesting, I'll ahve to check it out. I wish you didn't have to download....but, hey not all things are perfect, right? Thanks for the info!
