  1. North America isn't a country! Silly kids hahaha jksCANADA ! (10/10) And, and.. the Toronto Blue Jays ! (<_</10)
  2. -tubg1rl ! -pictures of girls + chat windows -play poker now! -people who play BAD midi files on their home pages -important text that looks like this on white backgrounds!
  3. Khaled Hosseini - The Kiterunner ?
  4. It's awesome how it plays a lot of new/obscure artists to whom you wouldn't normally be exposed on mainstream radio.
  5. Ever notice how you flick the screen of a MacBook lightly and it wobbles?I've been told that QC for Macs isn't too great, and trying to fix manufacturing defects for new machines requires quite a bit of time (sometimes months).
  6. Let's add more genres.Song title: Come To Your SensesArtist: Sarah Crawford (from Tick, Tick... BOOM!)
  7. 1. Escape to Witch MountainInspiring, empowering, thought-provoking. Granted, I was 8 when I first fell in love, but it still comes to mind.2. EquilibriumChristian Bale was hot beyond words. Cool concept: a dystopic society in which emotions are banned. Interesting monochromatic design work, too. I wish I had shiny black furniture.3. Million Dollar BabyAnd I agree with whoever listed The Matrix (I). The second and third films were just trite.
  8. Sounds like something for season 44 of 7th Heaven. While I'd like to be blindly idealistic about the prospect that romantic love breaks all barriers, and that there is only one perfect match for you in the infinite universe, whoever it may be, I find the aforementioned relationship impractical and, likely, doomed for failure. The man has children who are likely shocked that their father has impregnanted a young girl, and the man's evident lack of concern for family values will haunt his new relationship and limit his capacity to start another healthy family with his new love interest. The girl should understand that there are more (likely wiser, more attractive, and more convenient) fish in the sea.
  9. For the record, guys: there is typically no right or wrong answer to "Does ________ make me look big?" or "How's my hair?", etc. We're all just attention freaks.
  10. Woah, that sucks. This guy at my church today was talking about how he took his family to Death Valley the other week.. I haven't been (we're in Toronto), but apparently the lower down you go, the hotter it gets, so that by the time you reach the bottom, it's like the inside of a car you've left outside in the sun for several hours. Fried eggs, anyone?
  11. Unless you've found better methods, high school is a great place to develop things like social skills and effective time management, while deciding in which direction to head in terms of a permanent career.. there's great motivation while you're surrounded by a great, diverse peer group, while being exposed to opportunities it's more challenging to find on your own, like volunteer work and extra-curriculars.
