Actually the Bg too the longest even though it looks quite simple. I had to brush then copy image over bg then smudge a bit, colour which was difficult to get right then the lighting contrast and such. I just didnt look right. You know when you spend ages just getting something simple to look just right. This was one of them.

well you have good ideas. I would just suggest spending a little longer on your sigs and trying every possible thing. A good design will take time. At the same time you will get the hang of what all the effects do. Trust me bro dont be in a rush to start throwing out loads of sigs quickly because you can make them. When you get good people will respect you for taking your time.

Here is another sig i thought id post seen as i have been quite busy today. This one actually took me a while believe it or not.

yes cut them out if you can. Im not too good at cutting but ill have a go now and again. Planet renders is much better than game renders BTW

Yeah its better. Now your getting the hang try and figure out effects like stroke shadows and whatever else they have in gimp coz i have never used it. But keep it up and keep at it.

The top one is your better one but the colour of the Bg clashes with rooneys colour top. The other 2 are simple but im guessing your new at this stuff so well done.

Yeah i think thats the only thing im gonna do. It makes the logo go slightly lighter shade of brown and it looks well.

Thats the problem if i put 1px stroke it goes round the whole japaneese letter too so im not sure. Also wher it looks smudged at the top of letter i was going to blend it into render. What you think.

I just Love this film so when i got this pic of tom cruise i just had to make a sig out of it. Its nothing special but i really like it. Just because i like the film i think. Im going to spend more time on it so it looks better though. It was a pain in the *bottom* because i had to use the pic and the writing seperate and cut them. I havnt used any text on this its 1 pic cut into 2 and then i did the effects seperate so it got a bit silly trying to get it right. I had a really light bg when i finished too so that was also a pain to get right.

I really like this sig. Especially the BG. Im not too sure about it fitting the theme of save water drink beer.lol but i really like it. Another nice one for you Dawiss.

Im not going to alter it. Im going to use this render for a differnt sig altogether. I was really just messing about with the blending and the bg colour but like i say you know i post everything.

I know the faluts with this sig but you know i like to post everything i make good or bad so just thought id let you see it didnt take long just wanted to see how well the render would blend.

Yeah bro Wow. Get some tuts done because im sure we can all learn something from pieces of your work.

^^^^^Quality advice. Not going to say much more really you just need to keep working at it. Just keep coming up with new ideas. If you dont like the look of something scrap it. But yes id suggest dling some new brushes and working on differnt background styles. Read some tuts if you want a bit more help. Also im sure Me and Dawiss will give you some more help if you Pm or something. Goodluck and have fun. Also keep posting your work no matter how bad you think it is because if nobody sees it we cant tell you gow to improve it.

Im going to go with slays too because of the colouring. i think the use of colour is really effective. Agent B nearly got my vote just for the shear funny factor but i felt that would be unfair.

i know im not going to change it though. I spent 20 mins making 4 sigs.lol this is one that i came up with. The worst i made.lol just thought id share it for a laugh. Im not even going to waste my time altering it.lol

I disagree mage. I think you can truly meet somebody and stay with them from a young age. Also you should never give up on love as is suggested in the title of this post. If nothing happens with you and this girl you like then one day you will meet somebody else. There is somebody for everyone but i do know how you feel. A quick story of mine would be my very first GF got with somebody else about 6 years ago. I bumped into het several times over the years and i knew she wasnt happey with him but seen as they have a child she just put up with his *BLEEP*. After falling for her again and talking to her about how happy we could be guess what she did. Left her BF and now me and her are very happy together. Just similar to your situation so never give up just know when to take it easy and not to push your luck too far.Hope this helps you out and maybe makes you feel a bit better.

Im i dont like this. And i cant really tell what work you have dome yourself. Sorry but not much of a sig in my opinion. Just not my thing.

Yeah i kind of like the first one too. I had trouble making it out at first until i realised i have used that render for one of my sigs. Anyway welcome to trap 17, as My friend Dawiss said its good to see some experienced people here. Please help us Gfx addicted people out and stay active not only on t17 but especilly in the Gfx forum. Its been a bit quiet of late.

You need that transpanrency(spelling.lol) Behind the pop out bro. Other than that not a bad little sig. Seems a bit rushed for you though mate.
