I have no idea where Frostgaurd is...Unless you meant Solstheim? But it would be a good idea...The thing is though, you'd have to have the same game engine throughout it all. So if something new came out, then they'd either have to not include or re-release all the old games with this in. As you can guess, neither would be that wise No, Morrowind didn't. Vvardenfell (A small island in the morrowind province, where the game takes place) did have an island to the north you could go to, but not much else, and the two expansions (Tribunal and Bloodmoon) allowed you to travel to the capital of Morrowind (The place where Vvardenfell is) and Solstheim (an island to the north-west of Vvardenfell). Oblivion allows you to only go to Cyrodil, the centre of Tamriel (area that all the provinces are located in), and stops you when you get to a boundry, as Chez said. I doubt they'll bring out major expansions where you can go to other provinces, but there might be a user-made mod that includes them (I remember I was going to be a mod for a group who were working to get Morrowind into Oblivion...but I got it for 360 so I couldn't help ). Elder Scrolls I: Arena allowed you to travel to any province, but it was back in 90's, so the graphics were very...uhm...retro It would be a good idea though. (Can you tell I'm an Elder Scrolls geek? )

Haha, yeah, I heard about this cheat Nice one though There is a cheat for that...you get some lockpicks (say about 20) and then get loads of arrows (say like 100 iron arrows) and swing your weapon or cast a spell. Then while you're doing it, go into your menu and equipd the arrows, and then equip them again. It'll say "Item cannot be equipped while attacking", if not, keep equiping them until it does. Then drop your lockpicks, and you'll get how many arrows you equiped (so in this case, you'd get 100 lockpicks + the 20 originals). It doesn't work if you have more lockpicks than arrows, so just drop the 100 and keep doing it It's what I did, alot easier You could also buy them from some guy who you first meet when joining the thieves guild... That cheat also works for most items xD

Spellbinder Demo An RPG game demo, made by DnGames
Dagoth Nereviar posted a topic in Computer Gaming
Link to the website page This is an RPG Maker made game, which is still in demo stages. For those of you who don't know Rpg Maker, it allows you to make games like the old final fantasies or pokemon style games. It has turn-based combat, and you can (well, will...right now it is quite limited ) make your character how you want (not fully, but compared to other games similar to it's style). For example, you could be an axe weilder who also uses Earth and Fire magic. It also features: * Day and night systems, * Days, months and seasons, * Weather which is dependant on what season it is, * Random villagers, * Fast travelling map, * A journal, * Cooking, Crafting, Fishing, Mining and Smithing, * And lots more! For now, there's only one town, one dungeon and one quest to do, but since I've done the basics, new quests and areas should come every 1 or 2 weeks t's a 16MB download (sorry >.<) but once you've downloaded this, and then wish to download another update, it will only be around 2 to 4MB Screenshot (Sorry for the poor quality, trying to save some diskspace ) So, I hope you download it, and tell me about any bugs you may find -
Damn you and your reasoning Only joking...I knew the theory would be very flawed, but is interesting/weird I'm glad it got you thinking Maybe the deja vu's you get in your first life...are...uhm...pretend ones? *hides* I still believe my idea, but i'm sure I'll end up thinking differently. All of this post got me thinking, and alot of it is amazing (were you taught that, or did you think it up yourself?) because it's close to what it could possibly be. But it was the dream thing that got me the most (again because it could actually be that)...but it (and a previous post) made me recall when I had a dream when I was younger. I was in my brother's bedroom, with my brother, playing some sort of hand-held console (it actually looked like a toy gun I had). It wasn't until a year or so ago that I realised, it had actually taken place in my brother's current bedroom, which is a converted loft. Back when I had the dream, it was still a normal loft. I also realised that the colour scheme and some of his drawers where similar/the same as to what he has today. It could be, however, that I couldn't fully remember the dream (I do have very bad memory) and filled in "blanks" of the dream with recent information (I think something like this was also said in a previous post?) But, I am going slightly off topic here, so I'll shush before I go too far

My view of the "after-life" is slightly odd. Basically, my view is that when you die, you are re-born to your same life, but so you can make it better. And you keep being re-born until you have it how you want it. But, the first time you live your life is what other people see. For example, the first time someone famous (Say Hitler) lived their life, he created the holocaust. This is the life that went down in history. But when he died, he re-lived his life and he might not of created it the second time.Often, your "paths" cross. Say, when you do something you did in one of your previous lifes again. This is what I think Deja Vu is. Something had happened, and you're seeing it happen again. I also feel that in dreams, you can sometimes tell the future, which then ends up being deja vu (I swear it's happened to me )Weird thinking? Yes. Change my view later on? Yes. But? Meh.

Well that's the weird thing, because alot of people would think "well, they must be thin because they starve themselves" but I don't starve myself, and when I'm hungry I'll eat, and it's usually fatty crap so I should be fat...and you get people who starve themselves to try and get thin and it usually doesn't work...so people who say gamers need exercise and eat healthy to stay thin can shush :D awesome

True, but I was hoping that since they don't have to reply, the poll is quite impersonal and the person answering wouldn't feel as bothered... No, I'm not really trying to suggest anything...It was just for my own personal "amusement" (to put it an easy way) and because people tend to think that gamers are overweight, but I thought more of them were under weight (as some said in an earlier post). I also made this because people say the only way to loose weight is to eat only healthy foods/no carbs/lots of exercise/etc. While eating the right foods do make you loose weight, it doesn't mean you should eat only healthy, and likewise with exercise. As you can see from the poll, although like PaulMason said they're not that accurate, it does show that even people who get little exercise and eat crap are skinny.

I'll explain the options first: Are you a gamer? Yes - You play games non-stop for ages I play every now and again - You play games often, sometimes you play for long periods No - You may play them, but not for long times What's your weight like? Overweight - You're quite large (meant with the least offense possible) Abit chubby - You have a spare tire or two Normal - You don't have flab, but you're not skinny Skinny - People think you don't eat that much Like a twig - People call you anorexic, even if you're not How do you eat? (Your diet, basically) Healthy - You eat nothing but healthy foods Whatever I feel like - If you feel like unhealthy, you eat that, and vice versa Unhealthy - You eat nothing but fastfood, snacks, etc (I wanted to explain it, if there was any confusion. If the mods/admins think this is "spamming", then I'll put in a quote to remove the extra credits ) Right, now onto why I made the poll: I was just thinking, people try to get skinnier by how they eat, and how much exercise they do. And in some cases, it doesn't work. Now I'm skinny (Close to being "like a twig" ) but I do little exercise and eat alot of unhealthy foods, but I do also eat healthy foods. I then got onto thinking that alot of gamers, like me, are thin. And I was wondering how many gamers/non gamers were thin/fat and what their diet was like. It may also be some sort of research for someone Well, I hope you answer my poll And reply, if you wish

I'm not part of the Xisto team, but I'm sure they'll let anyone have a website, as long as they keep posting (That's not meant to sound bad towards T17, btw ) It doesn't matter if you're no good at HTML or any scripting, like it's been said there's pre-made scripts, and people might make them for you if you ask nicely. But if you're looking to learn: HTML Goodies is a very good site to learn at. It's where I learnt, and there's also other scripting languages to learn, once you've mastered HTML W3 Schools is also good, but it doesn't seem that "beginner friendly" to me. It's more like a glossary of the code. If you have any questions, just ask !

Are you sure it's the right password and right username? Because to me, it sounds like one of them is wrong. Is it for the Cpanel? If it is, then your username isn't your website, if you've been trying that. You'll have to give us more of an explanation, please.

I've always wanted to know how this was done :)Thanks to those who replied (even though I didn't start the topic ) -
It's simple. Humans live to destroy, and there's more humans than there were in the past, so there's more destruction(If someone has said something similar, then sorry...I can't be bothered to read 6 pages )

Walmart Addiction good ol wally world...
Dagoth Nereviar replied to Sinari's topic in General Discussion
Well I live in the UK, so I've not been to WalMart (Although we have "Asda" which is owned by WalMart) but I have heard (thanks to SouthPark ) that alot of people get addicted to it, and they can't stop. I don't really see why, though...What is it you find so great about it? I just can't see why a supermarket could be fun -
Welcome back! Sadly, I can't say I remember you...but hello all the same! :)What was your old website/what will your new one be about, btw?Nice amount of hosting credits You should of shared the love (with just me)

I Was Bored... so i made this
Dagoth Nereviar replied to wassie's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
Wow, that's awesome! How did you make that?! I couldn't make that even if I put my mind to it, let alone if I was bored! :rolleyes:Keep it up man! (or woman ) -
My website - http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I've changed the layout (A while back, but meh) from the old chunky one (I doubt anyone rememers it though ) and I was wondering what you all think. There'll hopefully be a demo of SpellBinder by the new year. It'll include all the things mentioned (Mining, smithing, fishing, cooking, crafting), weather, day/night system, months (which also affect the weather) a town (including being able to go in the houses) and randomized people, but it will also include six different churches you can join, an Order Of Mages (which you are automatically in) and a few (probably 2 or 3) quests to try out, and the world map (but you will only be able to visit the one town). So check out around new year!

The layout is good, it's just the colour scheme, and font size (Especially when you roll over a link, and they go huge )If you choose a certain colour (blue, green, ice blue, black and gray, white, whatever) and keep with it, then it'll look good. Also, change the links going huge.Over than that, it's excellent.

Centering The Text In A Simple C++ Program?
Dagoth Nereviar replied to Dagoth Nereviar's topic in Programming
Hahaha, thanks :)One quick question (I could probably work it out, but i'm lazy )...Where would I put that? I mean, would I need it just the once or would I have to put it in each time? (I doubt the latter, but I'm a noob to C++ ) -
I'm currently learning C++ in college. For now it's very basic stuff (cout, cin, if, switch, voids, etc). But I'm also abit of a "must look neat" freak for certain things. One of which is that I don't like the text on the program being aligned to the right. For example, I currently have something like this: But I want it to be like this: My question is simply: how would I do it?
