  1. that website, covers everything in HTML for making a website, with the tables you can make a website layout if you know how to use tables well enough....
  2. sorry i havent replyed, ive been on vacation for the last three weeks, so i just now uploaded it up to my site and that one works fine :)thanks a bunch!!!
  3. it would be an additional 30 credis to go to the second package of 50mb.....
  4. as i said above http://www.w3schools.com/html/ will do the trick!
  5. well, i can tell you this, he did take all of your advice!!i was a member of his community and he had everything that people suggested on his site except for moving lawns, and mcdonalds, and getting a job...lol, the site was HUGE i swear it had over 30k members registered, and over 2000 active members including me...another way that he made money with his site, was basicly by hacking other peoples Yahoo Accounts that were called rares (meaning there were caps, or special characters that yahoo doesn't allow anymore) and he sold them on his site and made money off of them, and got good hositng.. but anyways i just thought id tell the people who gave him advice that he actually listened to it
  6. just look around the forums for advice on making your site basic stuff: Put all of your things in the public_html or www folders when you login to your file manager with the file manager that is in the cpanel, or by finding an FTP Client, search the forums for info on FTP Clients or google it... the page that shows welcome to your hosting site! is the index.html page, and when you go to put your site up, you should have an index.html or anindex.php page because that is the first page that will show up when people go to your site, and from that index page you can direct them to other links on your site... now if you dont know HTML umm i wish you good luck and try a few of these sites for some HTML type things, like linking, and putting an image up etc.... http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://www.ipl.org/div/kidsweb/ http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_intro.asp http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Guide/ http://www.w3schools.com/html/ <<goes into GREAT detail about HTML good luck
  7. its not that they might have been deleted, more along the lines of a specific server they use for mysql is down maybe for maitnense, or upgrading to a better version... but none the less, i am sure they will return sometime soon
  8. i would say that MySQL stuff is down, because both of the sites i have access to on Xisto show no MySql databases therefore things that require mysql databases are not working.... im sure once an admin or someone figures out the problem they will restore all of your old content
  9. there is now a new layout, and allot of the extra's to the site are still being re-built so check it out and rate it again if you want
  10. wow thank you now i have a problem... i figured out where i screwed up and amended it, but now, http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ i can type in the "Invisible box" that is there and hit change announcement, but when i leave the page and come back, i cannot see what i typed in....
  11. Ok, well what i am looking for is an "announcement box" like the one on the first page of Invision Powerboards Administration Panel... basicly all you do it type somthing into it, and hit submit, and it gets saved im guessing into a writable document somewhere in the admin directory, and what i am looking for is somthing exactly like that....on my website, the webmaster and I both keep a backup of all of the files and every so often someone doesn't make a backup after the other has edited somthing, and so they may upload old content, so what i want is a box like the one on Invision Powerboard admin panel so we can put in there what we edited so the other one can update their backup just on the files that we changed...ill be looking around the net, but i thought i might get somthing a little faster here <_<thanks in advaced
  12. umm, sorry the first thing that came to mind isyour'e nuts!i DO NOT see this as being comfortable, i mean i hated being a kid and wearing underwear that just didn't feel right.... but push up undershorts.. no haha
  13. i suggest that before you try to start a battle, you read the rules for making a battle http://forums.xisto.com/topic/24723-general-battle-rules-please-read-before-startingvoting/
  14. good ideal i guess thats why theres a refresh button there >_< so we can refresh it manuallp =)
  15. is it just me, or is the automatic refresh rate in the shoutbox not working?the other day i left for an hour and a half, and came back and i saw the message i said saying "Bye"... i refreshed the page, and there were two pages of shouts betwen the time i was looking at it and the Bye....
  16. that is one of the things i was told by my 7th and 8thgrade teachers, that the first bacteria on this earth, were not actually living things, it never made sence to me, but thats what they said
  17. your right, the Big Bang theory did NOT create life, at the time of the big bang time, the earth was not stable to be lived on for hundreds of years, then bacteria showed up (not life, but bacteria) and then comes revoloution... with the bacteria possibly getting particles that were left behind from the un-stable earth times hense mutating into other things, like the "fish" and so on....... lol but he is asking about the universe; well, that wasn't explained in my 8th grade year of school and if he did i completley forgot, but i believe it started as we think things were started (the non-god way) with particles in space coming together and forming th 9 plantets, even though if i remember correctly 3 years ago they descovered pluto wasn't a plant, but once was a moon of neptune... or a particle of neptune knocked off my a metior or somthing like that... i dotn remember, but i agree with you, this thing about god creating everything does not cut it with me either.. but i believe it was all in the matter of time and the many galaxy's work.. of making the planets within them.... but isn't that trippy, that we are looking at pictures of pluto that in re-ality are 1000's of years old.. even if they were taken at this verry moment.. i think its totaly trippy
  18. A - OUCH!B - Poor CarC - Lol, forgetting about your feeder site for coumputing host huh?D - you have allot of things to fix (shoutbox refresh problem, report feature, your car... or should i say a new car)E - are You ok?? lol
  19. that movie looks a bit odd to me... lol maybe its just because i dont think i liked the trailer well enough to go and see it...but maybe some day i will go to see it
  20. yes, that is what you do with this tutorial, basicly, you are making an installation (.exe) file, so when you click it, it will automaicly un-zip itself, instead of having to figure out how to do it on your own...
  21. *cough*what skills?*cough*lol joking, your really good at graphic designing KuBi, lol... and good luck being so young and getting a career like that.. haha most places ask for like 5 years of experiance with gfx
  22. you hit the nail on the head, a forum allready exists with that general ideal http://forums.xisto.com/topic/135-website-showcase/
  23. have you turned on you hotlinking protection? if your hotlink protection is on which it looks like it is, you will need to add the domain you just added on to the list of alloud sites put these two in the box along with the origional domain http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
