  1. I havn't seen a topic yet and this is the DS's first big name DS game (bar Mario 64DS, and if you class Castlevania or Advance Wars as big name titles... I don't though, as they don't really sell hundreds and thousands of systems).Who's getting it? I have pre-ordered for the UK realese (Nov 25th) and I believe it come out ion the US on Friday, you lucky Yanks.
  2. This is a fantastic game. I usually don't get hooked to Third person or survivor horror games but boy was this game amazing. The atmosphere, the scenery, the attention to detail... oooh, I wanna play it again!
  3. I love Pokemon! In Blue/Yellow I used:JolteonDragoniteBlastoiseand some other 3 almighty pokemon. I can't wait for Pokemon Pearl/Diamond and I don't care if it's classed as childish, it's one hell of an RPG.
  4. The Gamecube is a really great console, with the best yet to come in the form of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The N64 had some of the greatest games ever on it (Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Goldeneye) and the DS is pioneering ahead with the philosophy, gameplay > graphics. The DS has been Nintendo's big turning point imo, I think they were started to kinda, get worse and all of a sudden they do somthing drastic and weird. And it payed off big time. If they had made another Gameboy would they bebeating the PSP in Japan, I doubt it.The Revolution is even more weird, drastic and brilliant. If it beats the PS3 and the 360 the feeling that I have of always sticking at Nintendo's side will be amazing. It will alos show that innovation = more sales. That's why there was a burst in the market when 3D gaming was introduced, it was a big Revolution. Now there's a boost in the handheld market in Japan because of the DS.Nintendo also make more money than Sony and Microsoft with games, so there's no chance they'll go bankrupt and give up. Nintendo are nowhere near dead, they are more alive than ever.
  5. 64, I love the Nintendo 64, and I love the general nerdiness of haveing your lucky number as quite a importnat number in computing.
  6. Do you know anyhting about the N64 vs PS war? The N64 was technically far superior. The PS wasn't originally made to be a ultimate 3D machine, it was more angled towards 2D, that was, however, until the N64 came along with the analouge stick. Sony stuck one on the PS and that was that. The N64 had much more power than the PS, the main thing that made the PS an advantage was because the discs were cheaper and could hold more than the cartridges.
  7. I love trillian. It's far more realiable than MSN and prettier than AIM imo. I love all the smileys, especially Mr. Moustache. I only use AIM and MSN though, so I guess Trillian's main feature isn't very good for me.
  8. We have the cool people, the peole who try to be cool people. Then there's my group! That's all at my school, 3 groups! Pretty pathetic. They're sub divided and what-not but everyone within the group is interlinked.
  9. I think it's be a close race between the 360 and the Rev. There are rumours of PS3 delays from a very famous Japanese dude, also it is predicted at $400 which is a terribly big investment for non-hardcore gamers. The Rev will be the cheapest and if anyone tries it they will want to buy it I'm sure. The 360 will be familar ground and will seel alot, how many no gamers Nintendo claim will see who wins this war.
  10. I love my brown eyes! No need to change to some rubbish green or blue, eugh. It matches my brown hair and my brown clothes, and of course my dull personality! How exctigin this thread is!
  11. movie playing, who wants to watch mvies that cost more than DVD's on a tiny screen? There is an MP3 player for the DS coming out soon, whcih uses SD cards instead of Sony's own, more expensive cards. Both have wireless multiplayer, and soon the DS will have online Mairo Kart, which will be some of the best multiplayer action ever. So, your making all these judgements about the PSP vs DS and you've seen the DS once? As I've already said there will sono be a MP3 player for the DS that uses SD cards, while Sony are sing their own more expensive card... graphics may be excelelnt, but handhelds aren't made for that. Handhelds are made for games. The best handheld game was Tetris, a game that is meant to be played quickly on the bus, similarly to Nintendogs, Meteos, Yoshi's Touch and Go, Warioware: Touched and others. Not big racers that take minutes to load or big adventurous games. Hardly, in Japan DS is crapping all over the PSP's head. Selling double, this years sales are the same for the PSP's total sales. In the US the DS had the tuning point and the DS outsold the PSP for the month of September I believe. The PSP has just launched in Europe and is having a wonderful honeymoon period, just as it did in Japan and the US.
  12. I can't sing at all, wish I could though, it's one of the thigns in life I really wish I was good at. Then I could do so many great Disney music videos of my own! Mwahahahahah! *cough*
  13. Wow, that's strict and stupid. They can't control what we do at home, blogs rule! If my school did this I'd tranfer defiantly, not because I blog, but because I like to be fussy. Hoora!
  14. I think Spongebob is the greatest show ever. It's so hilarious, me and my mother watch it all the time, it seems to be on Nickelodeon at all times. The movie is fantastic, the whole TV show is so 'coral'.If it was taken off the air I wouldn't know what to watch, Fairly Odd Parents? I think not!
  15. There was a party on on Friday night in my area and I put my hair down over my face, put white fac paint on with black lipstick and eye liner. Next year I'll get more organised and go as th eOogie Boogie Man from the Nightmare Before Christmas.
