  1. Perhaps this has to do with the system not delegating the subdomain fully to the nameservers. It is possible that the subdomain of Xisto.com has been set to point to the server in A and CNAME records but that the MX records are having some difficulties. I've experienced this before with my own domains but never with a host where they provided me with a subdomain. It is possible that this problem has to do with how the script creates accounts. I don't know...
  2. BidVertiser is not a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) advertising service. They pay you for clicks, not for impressions. If one of your visitors clicks on an ad, you could earn as much as 2 dollars. I use it in conjunction with Google AdSense (but not in a way that confuses them together, which would be against Google's policy) and it earns money well. Even better, minimum payout is $10 USD. This is fortunate, as Google AdSense has a payout of $100 USD! Google never suspends accounts for no reason. If they suspended your account while you were using BidVertiser, I think it's safe to bet that there was a policy violation of at least one of the two sites. Perhaps you should investigate https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?utm_source=aso&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=ww-ww-et-asfe_&gsessionid=8Kghv_ckXJH8J1MvB_PMgA. I think most people would prefer Google AdSense, though, since it not only pays for contextual ads, but also for search and for referrals. What's even better is that they now have video ads (AdSense for Content), selected formats only. A user clicks on the ad and it starts playing multimedia (likely Flash or GIF). BidVertiser doesn't have this sort of thing. Plus, their ads aren't contextually-targeted; they're based on the category you selected.
  3. In North America (U.S. and Canada) you may have an agent (parent or guardian) who is over the age of 18 sign up for you; however, it must then be registered under their name. Payment (whether this is made up of checks, or EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer) will be sent to that person. If you're under the age of 18 and someone signs up for you, you have to be careful that they're trustworthy and that they'll actually give you your paycheck.EFT, or Electronic Funds Transfer, is a direct deposit system where Google automatically funds your bank account (no credit cards), which must be a North American bank account, with your payment (minimum $100) instead of sending a check (31st of the month?). You must verify it first, kind of like what PayPal does, when they credit your account with some amount and you have to identify it and submit it to the site. Then you're good to go.Some of these may not be available to users outside of the U.S. or Canada. However, I heard that they recently added EFT for Australians. A strange country to pick!If you're under the age of 18, it might be best to sign up for another service if you're strictly unable to get a guardian to sign up for you. As well, they're kind of picky anyways.
