Great!!~ I think this site is lot of information and good benefitcal!!.The Layout of design is properly with content ,clearly,lightly and easily to read it.The color design is so smooth but i think it remain no lively maybe it don't have animation on web that make it have something to do better.

I prefer to use Dreamweaver i think it's the simply program to design my website for both basic and professional.THi program is easy to use to widely design ur web.Ps.Thanks soooo muchhh for reply#3 >.< .It's useful for me.

i prefer to use photoshop because maybe i always work on it more than paintshop and the tools of photoshop easily to use. ^o^

The first one I don't get your point what you want to show but it's good balance of elements and color.And the second i love it! ^ ^ i like this tone ehiehi

I think it depend on skill of designers that they like to use PhotoShop or Paintshop.Photoshop is a useful program,proper to apply for picture such as retoughing,croping,resizing but paintshop stress on CG or computer graphics.It has many many tools for painting more than Photoshop.So which one best for web-graphics it's not clear to agree that what the best for web-graphics? but i think Photoshop maybe better than paintshop for web-graphics because photoshop is also more variedness tools.
