well that should run cs:s i have had it runnign on a on my second box ezy uhh maybe try a fresh install of game * delete ur gdf files in ur steamapps folder and re downlaod other wise maybe try gfx card drivers or a fresh windows install

and u can always just put the music on ur computer trough another source (H)

u have a sound card it is on board. if you didnt you will never have sound sept ur pc beep.ur game is crashign for other reasons such as ram video or cpu or heat or power tell us ur pc specs and we will try to help u fix ur prob ( sound isnt it)

yea they must have bad cooling or a tight built case but 42 was on a 38 degree heat day so it was hot any way

most gfx cards are made on both platforms for atleast a lil while longer this is to easy the transistion from AGP - PCI-E also gigabyte has come up with a G.E.A.R slot to go along with soem of the boards this is a Gigabyte Enhanched AGP (r sumthing) but for ur case most of the half decent ( for ur cpu) gfx cards are agp also so grab a 6600gt and ull be happy and then if u wanted to u could upgrade ur cpu

the current P4 do not sit at 60 idle unless ur refering to F not C mine is ezy at 30 idle and max i have seen is 42C
