  1. PCs for RTS/MMORPG/FPS, PS for Fighting/Adventure/Some Sports games, XBOX/NINTENDO for 4 player action of any kind.
  2. I watched a few movie clips of that site, and all of them rocked. I did skip the monkey video pleasuring himself, though.
  3. I really don't think that will ever happen.Don't think producing paperthin-videoscreens will ever be more affordable than paint.
  4. Wow thanks so much that kicked *bottom*. It annoys me from time to time due to some config ressets... Now, no more! -----Merged with above-----szupie I'm sorry for the double posting, since there's no edit button... but, couldn't this be moved to the Tutorials section of the forum? -----No, because this is just a tip, and is too short to be considered a tutorial-----szupie
  5. First Matrix for storyline and conceptSecond Matrix for action scenesFight ClubKung PowResident Evil (FIRST ONE, second sucks *bottom* considering it was supposed to be at least a little scary, like, well RESIDENT EVIL IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!)
  6. I am waiting to get a new computer singularly for unix based systems so I can properly compile on it and learning assembling code that I will use to develop games, but so far I only have the pre-requisites of a game designer (creativity and will) >.> <.<I do have a game almost fully designed though, wrote it down and all. Pretty neat and nice.
  7. Your cheese fondue is granted, goat cheese was used.I wish for a job.
  8. I don't know about you, but I'm getting one of 1gb. And I wouldn't get any less than 1gb.
  9. I rather PC MMORPGs and console fear games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill.
  10. Part of the reason blizzard games aren't the same they were before, specially like Starcraft, and how WoW is the biggest deal for them, is how almost or the whole staff that used to work on Warcraft II and SC is GONE. Or so I've read.
  11. I like clean. No visual pollution. No stalling, just skipping to the point. Someting I don't take any extra effort or time to get to where I want to - specially when I really want to just skip to that part - right away. But, if you want people to look at everything and don't get "customers" that most oftenly just want to look for one or a few specific things, you can go pretty graphic and even overwhelm it a little.
  12. I would just like to point out... I don't think he intended to post a hyperlink here, and that "The Home Page" was just the "head" of the description.
  13. It will really only depend on how the advanced technology will be and how the researchers will choose to ADAPT it to each game.Tell me, now, what freaks you out the most in the gaming industry, if not how scary game will be o.o (picture the ultimate generation Silent Hill game here O.O)
  14. It only depends on your point of view of what is REAL, my friend. Shame the huge majority of people only considered that after Matrix came out.
  15. MMORPGs are the ultimate real time experience, where you get to play someone you can THINK before defining. It is a more controlled enviroment that has almost all the reactions of real life, for both you and other players, so it isn't simply "virtual" as it mixes with the real thing. It can have the most expanded gameplay experience, competitivity, and best real-time response, also never lacking for other players. How not to get addicted? It only comes down to how much you are fond of it, and most importantly, self-control...I believe there's nothing wrong with those games and that China is wrong. I believe it's only around individual education. Someone with a mind not in the right place, NOT THAT I MEAN THE PERSON IS DISTURBED IN ANY WAY, only that the person can't control itself over it, can certainly fall the same way "snowly" did.Yet, if a person with mind in own place and aware of the risks still decides to conciously take that risk, well, it was the person's choice and even if it was bad for it, we gotta respect that choice. Although having people nearby to help the player to control itself could help.I can say, if there was noone to be around me even if I tried really hard to even find someone to be there for me, I would not hesitate in taking those risks.
  16. It does depend on a point of view. Some final fantasy games are unplayable for a second time, but you spend so much time beating the game with all the stuff you can on the first one, specially if you don't wanna lose a single battle throughout the entire game. But, if you don't really collecting every item, it will be a much shorter and unreplayable experience... Same with loads of games. Although, as long as it has a GOOD online system, it pays off for itself. When it's only a single player campaign kindda easy with not many extras, and I know that's the kind of game you're talking about, well those are ther eonly for the fun of beating a game and expand your collection, I guess? They are a good part of the amount of money spent. Purely commercial purposed games.
  17. You only need a very nice cooling system. Big bucks. I know a guy who uses water cooling system, it goes at least 2 or 3 times the regular speed of his Pentium 4, but he spends like 200 extra bucks per month, when he DOESN'T use so much his computer.
  18. I like basically any Linux better. Also easy to replace one with another if you didn't like any specifications of one of them.
