  1. Wow, those are facts I didn't know... not a one of them. That's pretty funny, I love Monopoly! Just curious though, does that mean money value or just single bills, regardless of value? If it means value then that could be because of the whole $500 bill thing. That could explain why most people in the U.S. are overweight or obese... too many M&M's. Good thing I'm not much of a chocolate fan. Guess they start young over there... lol. I had heard that women blink about twice as many times as men, or maybe it was the other way around, but either way I hadn't heard 84 million times a year, that's a lot of blinking. <-- blink, blink.
  2. Wow, that's some weird stuff. I mean, paying $100 for panties to know where your signifcant other or daughter is. That's a little ridiculous, I agree with jipman about having them on... ummm... during certain acts of... well, you know. What if it's hot outside, then their body temperature would raise... then you'd be caught monitoring them... haha. What ever happened to a little trust? I mean if I found out my girlfriend (don't have one) was cheating on me then that'd be over pretty quickly, but I wouldn't monitor who she's with or where she's at to find out. I'm pretty sure it'd get around to me anyways. Gossip is much cheaper than those panties, lol. ;)What we need is someone who's actually purchased these to give us a product review, haha. Oh well, good luck with your girlfriends, daughters, or wives...
  3. I much prefer white over any other color for backgrounds. It's easy to find a color that is easily read and doesn't hurt the eyes when written on white. White just goes with any color, except yellows and neon colors, that'd be killer on the eyes...White is just much easier to use.
  4. I did all that stuff on my very first site as well... marqueeing text, animated GIF's as the buttons, glowing text... thought it all made it look cooler I guess. Now that I've learned that stuff is annoying and just basically makes the visitor not want to visit your site for updates because it is low quality and annoys them. Stick to the simple stuff, like this forum's colors... nice complimenting blues with white and black text that is easy to read.Guess everyone kind of goes through that phase when they first start.
  5. I think I caught all of that. That's some really nifty stuff. I've been using CSS for about a year now and had no idea you could do that.I had tried to learn JavaScript, but dropped it after about a week because I didn't have time then. I had no idea that 10% of internet users have JavaScript turned off, that does kind of limit things.Well done, and the site and member that helped are great as well.
  6. Ha! That's pretty creative. I guess it wouldn't be so bad walking around with someone's company logo on your forehead as long as you're getting paid for it. Easy money, I mean you'd probably forget it was even there after a while... unless you're in public a lot, then you wouldn't forget because there would be people reading your forehead.
  7. That's nice, gamerchick39. I agree that the little girl is a little creepy, but I like the blur effects and the zooming in kind of shaking. The way you make the word 'F.E.A.R.' appear is great, it bouncing around and things. Well done.
  8. That's really great Shogi. The dresser looks great, the wood texture and everything looks real. The throwing star looks great as well, the shadows on work out well.
  9. I use Avast Anti-Virus. I'm not sure if it's the best or not, but it's free. It hasn't given me any problems and catches all the viruses that seem to be thrown at it. I'm satisfied with it, and as long as it's free I'll continue to use it.
  10. My favorite website would have to be Runner's World. Being a runner and all, there are forums to post in about training, HS running, and everything else about running. It's just an overall great place for a runner to talk to other runners. Newgrounds is pretty good. All kinds of flash, but not everything on there is for kids under 18.
  11. I have been hearing a lot about going blind when you keep on looking at "explict sites". The thing i believe makes people blind is just looking at thier computer, tv, or any video monitor because of the rays that come off of the screens. Its just another thing the government or parents will do to stop the people of the world to stop looking a "explict content." This generation get more sexual exposure than anyother generation in history. It is every commercials that kids see on tv, pop up ads on the internet, and billboards when you are going on a family vacation.
  12. Always be aware of the sellers on eBay. They always have the possibility to scam buyers. I been buying numerous items for eBay but I always look at the sellers feed back and how long they have been an eBay member. The only thing i pay with is a credit card. I also suggest to subscribe to Paypay. They provide great service and if anything goes wrong, you would be to get your money or product back (in most cases.)I only buy thing that are in the United States cause i love my country.
  13. I would definately go for the PC. I would like to have a gamming machine that would have all brand new hardware that just hit the markets. CASE: Koolance PC3-725SL (Just looks cool)Motherboard: Asus A8N-SLI DeluxeCPU: AMD Athlon64 FX-57 (the best for gamming)Hard Drive: Western Digital WD740 Raptor (not really new but great deal)Memory: Corsair XMS XPertVideo Card: Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX (nothing else to say but a MUST Have!!!)Sound Card: Creative Audigy4 Pro (for the kickn' 5.1 surround sound baby!)Monitor: ViewSonic N2750w 27” LCD Monitor (Crystal Clear)Sound Sytstem: Logitech Z-5500 Digital 5.1 Sound SystemInternet Connection: D-Link Gigabit Gaming RouterOptical Dive: Lite-On 16x DVD+RW DriveMouse: Logitech MX518 Gaming Mouse (Smooth Control)Keyboard: Logitech Media Keyboard (just a multiuse than just gamming.)PSU: SeasonicJUST FOR SHOW: Antec LED Fans Logisys 4" RED COLD CATHODE LIGHT KIT (got to inpress the ladies)The machine is about $3500 to $5000. It is definately worth the price if you want the best in the business hands down.
  14. I dont think the IBM PowerPC 970FX processors is the wave of the future. IBM is behind in Intel and AMD processors. Intel and AMD are both coming out with new dual core processors. IBM is basically the average processor for basic business usage. Leave the gamming and other things to AMD. Intel would be more of Microsoft Office and things.
  15. I personally dislike both of them. I think they're knock off ways for people who don't have knowledge of HTML or another language to make a website. I hate it when people say to me, "Hey, check out the site I made." Then I look at it and it's a Xanga or MySpace. I also find it pointless to how people use Xanga's and MySpace's to post comments on other people's when they could just IM them and say the same thing and not have to until the person reads the comment to give them a reply.I think making my own site using CSS and HTML and other ways that I'm learning is more addicting.
