  1. Hi Dude, Don't worry about it and just sit tight. There's something going on with the entire Xisto network. I haven't been able to access my website control panels or view the sites, my contacts even having problems logging on! I heard something about it almost crashing but I don't know so for now I would just sit tight and wait for some news. Thanks. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  2. Hi, It really depends on what sought of features you want with your computer. If you want a word document program and thats about it then it's going to be cheaper than a modern 'super laptop'. The things you most probably want is accessible internet connection (although you may have to rig that up yourself), the basic set of programs and most importantly: A Guarentee Most guarentee's will last for a couple of years. Make sure you get something with a decent guarentee. Image if you had had it stolen without a guarentee? Some laptop's may be cheap, but if your still talking a couple of hundred pounds. I've gathered some sites for you. If you have any other questions then you can e-mail me or post a thread and I'll try and help you out. Buying from UK/Europe: Dell Computers Buying from USA Discount P.C's Hope this helps, Sean Webber. militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  3. Hi, Yeah, I agree with U21 Webber, this game is good. After the long waited release of a 3d Swat game (Swat 3) I think it's good that they have added another one. Swat 3 was brilliant, the gameplay was good and the graphics weren't bad. Swat 4 should be just as good. Thanks, Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  4. Hi, I liked the look of this game so I bough it. There was a delay and it does take a very long time to load aswell as slowing down your P.C, but it does (believe it or not) have some good points. It's accurate and good fun.Graphics: 10/10Gameplay: 8/10Accuracy: 10/10Sound: 8/10Practibility: 5/10Overall score: 81%It's not to bad, but if your thinking about getting it read into it a bit more first... Cheers. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  5. Hi, The game that I have is Flight Simulator 2002. It combines great graphics with FINOMINAL flight physics. The default planes that come with the game are: (Not forgetting that you can download an unlimited amount of other planes for free off the internet.+ 4 Cessna's.+ 3 Boeings+ 1 Bell (helicopter)+ 1 Display Plane (extra)+ 1 WWI plane (Sopwirth Camel)+ 1 LearjetA few extra's aswell...It has the entire world fully designed with corresponding terrian and realistic cities and landmarks. It also has a hole range of extra scenarios availible for you to use. Some of them under the name of 'Scenic Wonders' will take you into the mouth of a volcanoe so that you can actually see the eruption. The whole game is really accurate.Physics: 10/10Graphics: 8/10Sound: 8/10Accuracy: 10/10Interactions: 9/10Overall Score: 90%It's a good game. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  6. Hi, I agree with you, SoCom II US Navy Seals PS2 is the best combat simulation on the PS2 I think. It takes you through a range of operations operating with, yes you guessed it - the US Navy Seals. The Missions consist losely around this:Part 1 -- Set In Italy+ M1: Your mission is to destroy a weapon consinement and capture a terriost cell leader.+M2: Destroy a factory complex in which weapons are being built, gather some information on the terriost operation and capture another cell leader.+M3: Assault a castle and capture or kill two terriost leaders.Part 2 -- Set In Brazil+M1: Capture a terriost leader in urban Brazil.+M2: Destroy a secret drug lab deep in the Amazon and then destroy an escaping aircraft.+M3: Successfully preform a counter terroism mission by relieving a Dam from all terriost disarming a range of bombs and capturing or killing the leader of the group.Part 3 -- Set In Africa+M1: Silently swim ashoar and then rescue any aid workers trapped in the combat zone.+M2: Rescue more relief workers in a dense combat zone.+M3: Rescue US embassy workers and then hold of rebels untill the helicopter can arrive to extract you.Part 4 -- Set In Russia and then just off the US coast.+M1: Destroy a nuclear missile fabrication lab, gather intel and then wipe the base clear of terriost.+M2: Escort a nuclear weapons specialist around a terriost held Uranium plant to check for any stolen material of nuclear danger.+M3: Sneak aboard the terriost ship, disarm all nuclear dirty bombs, stear the ship away from the US coast and then kill/capture the terriost leaders.I think it's great and is well worth taking a look at. There are many great interactions, everything from extra bonus intel from finding useful stuff to capturing terriost.Graphics: 10/10Sound: 8/10Gameplay: 10/10Storyline: 9/10Features: 10/10Overall score : 94%Great!Thanks for your time. 7. Hi, I think Medal Of Honour Allied Assault (MOHAA) is a top quality p.c game and this is why... I first purchased this game XMAS 2004 for Windows. I had previously played the online demo and had been hucked. I'm glad to say that the same was no letdown. The Single Player Campaign:This consist of a set of missions ranging from the heart of the desert to OMAHA BEACH. As far as I'm aware all of the missions are losely based around facts. Certain missions certainally are (ie: Omaha and sinking the U-Boats). For the first time your not always operating on your own. You feel part of the war effort and everything suddenly becomes really personal. There is plenty of missions giving you a great feel for every weapon and battle type that the game has. The storyline is really involved and drags you in. It caters for everyone. Everything is there from the charges up the beaches with the Thompson Machine Gun to the stealth movement carried out as you creep around a ruined city filled with German snipers. The basic list of weapons you will use is a little like this:ThompsonM1 GarandPump Action ShotgunBazookaHalf TrackMp 40Springfield SniperKar 98 SniperColt 1911Luger BARStg 44Mauser Kar 98 (I think) and a few other extras.Multiplayer:This is the best aspect of the game as far as I am aware. Usually there is anywere between 2500 to 3000 players ready to fight against or with you.The game modes include death match, capture the flag, objective based games, free for all and a few others. All of the missions take place on a range of maps, some from the game and few others made up by EA Games just for online play. You can host your own game if you choose. Multiplayer is great, and I can never drag my self away from it personally. This game is a perfect example of what a WWII battle game should be like. Graphics: 10/10Sound: 9/10Gamplay: 10/10AI (Artificial Intelligence) : 7/10Overall Score: 72%It really is a fantastic game and I just love it. Thankyou for your time... 8. Hi, I think there great. I appreciate work like this and recognise skill when I see it. I have a contact that is in the gaming industry. He creates games. I think he would be very impressed with the work because I know I certainly am. You've done a good job there, nice work. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  9. Hi, Well, what can I say, it's great, I really like it. I don't think that type of concept work is for everyone, but I think that you've done a stand up job. The graphics are good and the effects and superb. The colours all go very well with a great contrast of shape and texture. I think the pics great. It looks very profeshional and I would believe that it was a profeshional peice of work if you had said it was. Good job there mate, well done. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  10. Hi, My best suggestion is that if you've found an illegal website then why not report it officially to Microsoft. They have a great part to the website in which you can report cases like this. It would be a great tactical move, kind of like having the Special Air Service (S.A.S) on your side. They'll find out if the website is illegal, and if it is they will not only remove it, but confiscate that owners pc, contact several over agencies (ie:FBI) and most probably prosecute them, atleast that's how it's said to be. Hope it helps dude. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  11. Hi, Personally I think that Desktop P.C's are better. It do like laptops, but there normally isn't enough memory or power on the video card and sound card. I know that they are useful, what with the wireless cables and the practical fact that they can be carried around with you everywere you go, but they just don't 'float my boat' so to speak. I know that generally speaking Desktop P.C's are very large and can't be moved around unless you have a truck availible I just think that it's the options you have with a P.C that I like more. You can pack them full of so much stuff and they just keep on going. There is plenty of exsternal ports and sockets and the graphics cards and sound cards are so much better. It is in my exsperience quite difficult to work games from desktop P.C's. I would just personally stick with a desktop computer as far as I'm concerned. Cheers. 12. Hi, I've always used AceHTML and I think to be honest I always will. It combines both simplisity and advanced coding (for the pro's) and it is friendly and easy to use. I think it's great. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  13. Hi, I first learnt coding/website design when my brother introduced me to HTML a couple of years ago. Since then I have used it over and over again. I recently just finished a project using a Text type website tool. I do however (and always will) have a taste for aceHTML. I think it's great in just about every way. Thanks. Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
  14. Hi, It has already been said I guess, but it really does depend on what type of site you want and how much effort and time you are really willing to put into the development of your website. It also depends on your webhosting services. The best program as far as I am aware is AceHTML. It combines a very simple but effective coding process with plenty of pre-designed scripts. It is also is (and this is the best part) completely free once you have registered. Remember, simple is the best. It's great because there is no advanced coding required. You can find a lot of ready made templates over the internet. It is all very simple and the design program can be used to make those really advanced, interactive flash sites (the really cool sites with all the animation). It's all really profeshional but is as easy to use as Word. You can find it at http://download.cnet.com/windows/, just type in AceHTML. It'll be there somewere. I hope this helps. 15. Hi everyone! I just dropped in to say hello to both the Xisto members and the Xisto adminstration. I'm new to Xisto, but I am not new to the web site buisness. I have four other websites with different hosts, but I had a contact that happened to launch a website on Xisto and I was informed that the quality of web hosting is excellent. I have actually seen a couple of Xisto websites, but I would like to see other peoples work if I could please. My name is Sean Webber, (Aged 14) and like I said I own four other websites, these being: militaryknowledge.8m.com truesoldiers.8m.com truesoldiersselfdefense.8m.comand a couple of various other little sites. I can't wait to get started and I am looking forwards to the Xisto experience. I will be diving of the fifty meter diving board straight into the deep end (Hopefully I can float huh?).l Personally I am a very physical person. I spend countless hours in the gym and enjoy other activities such as Karate and Army Cadets etc. I love all the rock style music ranging from light rock & roll (ie: Guns'n'Roses & Aerosmith) all the way to the metal area (ie: Metallica & Rammstein). I guessing that you have already guessed what my site will be about I hope, (my username sought of gives it away a bit I guess) but if you haven't already got it I will be making a military based website. I'm proud to say that I live in Great Britain. I am living in the South Of England in Brixham, Torbay. Torbay is situated on the sunny English Riveria. (We actually have parm trees here!) Well thankyou for your time, who knows, perhaps you might just end up answering one of my topics on the forum board ah? Thanks for your time, Sean Webber militaryknowledge@hotmail.co.uk
