  1. I own a 40gb iPod, its a rather heavy device, I should tell everyone that it gets scratched VERY easily, especially the LCD screen... Got it for... $140 as I went to the main supplier and not to mention that my school upgraded ALL the computers to Macs and so Apple gave us a 20% discount! How lucky i was then... I like its click-wheel system but I cannot use an extention cable as it affects the uploading...Sound quality is rather good... My favourite part is that the iTunes can convert WMA in Mp3!
  2. Both have their pros and cons, I own a PS2.For the PS2, it has the most games so far, if i counted correctly and many games are sold for the PS2. The cons are that its not universal, thus there are different PS2 types and only can read discs of the same kind, Lets say... Your PS2 is JP type and you have a US game, it will not work unless you went and tweaked the system in it, making it able to play both official and pirated games, not to mention being able to play every type of PS2 game. For the Xbox, it has superb graphics and sounds and the loading time is very short, letting players enjoy the game more. It also has 4 intergrated controller plugs for multiplayer purposes. The cons are that is has too much shooting games because microsoft is well... first player shooting game creator... So, the Xbox is not really player-friendly! The games comes out a little too slow and the Xbox is too bulky and so are the controllers. If you compare the prices of the Xbox and the PS2, I would have to say that the Xbox cost WAY more than the PS2.Thats about all I can think of now... Anyway, I heard that a newer version for PS is coming out, then soon followed by the Xbox!
  3. Cool... I think its rather outdated though... 55% package loss could be rather bad... Same goes with the internet connection! Mmm... CreatureNet might sound like a good name for people who intend to use this system! I think its just abuse of animals though... Whats more is that you have to TRAIN those pigeons before you can let them fly, and especially if the package contains something confidential and the pigeon somehow got off course and the package was intercepted by some other person... That would be something to ponder upon!
  4. Its rather simple actually... If you have acess to the Admin's CP, just go to the "Manage User Groups", choose the group that you wish to create or change, then scroll all the way to the bottom and do the group promotion form! Its rather simple actually, just fiddle around with it and have fun!
  5. I suggest you use Prompt to find out if there is another I.P address, then enable your firewall and set it to what you want to allow through. It can be done in the control panel/network and internet connections. Right-click on the connection, then click on properties/advanced... There you can do everything that you need! Wish you all the luck in the world!
  6. Thanks A lot! You're a life saver...
  7. Ok, here is the problem, I have been approved and granted a starter pack, but the thing is, I do not know how to access it! My friend told me to go directly to xyhroex.astahost.com, when i tried, i found that there is no such web. I have not tweaked anything yet... Can someone explain?
  8. I don't really know as I don't frequently use these movie making stuff... But can firework or micromedia flash work? I'm fairly inept at movie stuff!
  9. Using google, you have to be more specific about what you want, as already shown by SingleDaddyof2. By the way, msn search is really... It only shows the proper and popular sites, it eliminates all other choices! Msn search is for newbies! (No offence to anyone using msn search) Yahoo is also another example of MSN search, only that the e-mail is good!
  10. Oh yes qwijibow... I've been experiencing pop ups whenever I open my hotmail inbox... Now it seems that even the MSN messenger is also down... *Shudders* Oh and let me quote some stuff for you, Avalon... This should help you, if not, then try this link: Help files for gmail If you need an invite... I got plenty!
  11. Yup! Actually many people are switching to Voice Over I.P because it works better than what it used to be last time! About 4 years ago, the voice was not clear, full of static and always has a lag of at least 5 seconds... Its pretty much the "newest" technology so far, everyone has to go with the flow! I also found how it works and how it uses the I.P and everything, i'm afraid its a little too much to put in here! Hope this very long quote can let people have a better understanding of how or why we can get our telephones hacked! Here is what i found: Then comes the blackbox and the gateway!
  12. I know what you are thinking Jipman! I have to agree though... But not three quarters of the world population... Maybe around half of it? You know... Chemical reaction that takes place in a human's body tends to make them... a little... ahhh you should know! Or its teenagers going through the FAD of boyfriend girlfriend puppy love!I should know since I'm a teenager too!
  13. I'm also giving away invites... I have... a lot of them! Which will replenish the next day because i use gmail a lot!
  14. Hahaha! I just like to give away invites... Although it seems that there are infinate amount of them! Gives me self-satisfaction!
  15. Gmail should still be under closed beta testing. About the 100 gmail... are you exaggerating? I have 2 g-mail and only use them for files that are bigger than 2mb... Which is... basically everything!
  16. I agree with Spacewaste, anyway Paris Hilton is just another porn goddess... Lets see now... She did it with sooooo many men that i cannot count using my fingers, but the most remembered one has to be Nick Carter! Its true that no security can stop a very professional hacker, but its to slow down or simply just annoy the hacker!
  17. Its those open and spread immediatedly viruses, although you did not send it, it will auto send as long as someone opens the mail! Proving my theory that those people are... lusty or over-curious. As they say, "Curiousity killed the cat!"
  18. Well... I chanced upon 1 and right away quitted... Rebooted my comp and scanned for viruses! I'm not really interested in this stuff as in science lesson, we already learnt all about the funtions of these... organs
  19. What is this... GIZOOGLE? Does it always give you spelling errors? Cause I in my entire life, have never heard of this before!
  20. Opps... Forgot about that... Sorry! These tricks work for those who are seriously perverted or in the case of the "Love you" They are love sick!
  21. Er... You know that doesn't help much but i think if it is big enough, you can host a server for the online game ragnarok, depending on how much space you have... I don't know how to operate this... I'm good with logic, not the practical...
  22. I tend to use google a lot because it finds more then msn search or yahoo. It appeared on the news that people are using google due to its "spell-check". Now google is expanding into other online areas like mail and all that... The rate that they are expanding is rather intimidating!
  23. There is a new one! Its in beta and if you want to play, join Quantos! I don't feel like killing anyone here... (There are kingdom wars)http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ not bad!
  24. The space on you peoples harddrives have is making me feel very small... not to mention envious! Anyone knows where one can get cheap but quality harddrives?
  25. I read this on msn, its rather scary! It also tells about the Paris Hilton getting her phone contacts stolen! Three sets of e-mails which promise either nude pictures of Paris Hilton, a scary offical-looking warning from the FBI, or a secret admirer who says "I love you" have appeared in the last two days. They all deliver a package that could grind networks to a halt. Fortunately, none of these will reach "Anna Kornikova" worm or "Love" bug proportions but they will take away hours of productive work time. Be on the lookout!
