well... you can have 2 different monitors displaying 2 different "consoles"... you need some thing called a Thin Client. Its some PCI care you attach to your CPU motherboard... then you can have 2 terminals... each with their own monitor keyboard and mouse.. its a nice idea if you can't afford 2 PCs... but i will severely reduce the processing speed.ofcourse if you just have 2 monitors connected to one PC.. they both show the same thing..

lets see...from the sound of it.. i don't think you know any scripting language..i recommend you to learn PHP.. php.net and phpfreaks.com is a good place to start. after that you can move on to mysql.. there are some good books out there on php and mysql combined.. i recommend you to read one of those..and hey.. PM me if you need any help.. i love to help aspiring webmasters!cheers

hey..., i don't think gmail would sell your information to anyone.. i mean those ads which come on the right scan your emails and serve ads from google.. but they don't send or store any of these info. i've been using gmail for quite some time and i am okay with it..Yahoo! is also planning to upgrade to 1 GB free email soon... coming in May..But gmail has already went beyong 1 GB.. its like increasing everytime... strange but cool.BTW Yahoo! does store your information for advertising.. read their privacy policy to know more.

mysql is the best by far.. simple and easy to use.. most of installable scripts are available in mysql. also mysql is opensource and has a huge community of users to help you out (that is if you have somehow got some problem.. which doesn't happen very often with mysql)..slightly of topic.. but i feel that sometimes guys use mysql databases to often when its not required... even storing data in text files is good for small scripts like polls, guestbooks, etc. but for bigger applications, its better to use mysql.

well.. i had got a computer magazine CD (chip india) where they gave blender with a couple of video tutorials and also had an article in the mag how to get started.... i think blender has a really nice interface and is easy to use.. ofcourse i had some small experience in CAD before this so that helped.. i think blender has a site (maybe blender.org or blender3d.org ) where there are forums where u can ask for more help and get tutorials.

its not about converting to firefox.. its about a problem with IE. i suggest you download antispyware program and scan your computer. ad-aware is a famous one (though i never had the need to use these programs myself)... also there is a possibility that your computer is infected by a virus.... i don't know but your description shows something very similar to the blaster virus... i came out a long time ago and was stopped.. but you could the virus from somewhere else. well if thats the case, then i suggest you to do an antivirus scan.. if you don't have any antivirus, try Panda.. its free and good.

HTTP Servers Whats your favorite?
amkint replied to spacewaste1405241471's topic in Websites and Web Designing
look... as far as i see it.. i don't think its a problem with the server software.. i guess its a problem with your php installation... or else.. all servers can't fail like this.. better go to php.net or phpfreaks.com and post the problem there. -
(Not the) Best Way To Make Cash So Far Seen ;) SurfJunky
amkint replied to spacewaste1405241471's topic in Online Advertising
i don't know about all this autosurf and gambling.. doesn't sound very assuring.... but there are many ways you can start a business online..reseller hosting is one of the ways to do it.... go to google.com and type free reseller hosting to get started... i guess Xisto - Web Hosting.com also has some great deals for reseller hosting... not sure... check out the website. -
look i don't about computers from where you stay... but here in india.. its best to buy an assembled computer from computer dealors... choose a config like this::mem: 512 mb ramprocessor: any intel p4 with HTHD: 80 GB.. or more if you need itmonitor: Samsung 17" CRT or an LCD if you can afford itany good motherboard with nice integrated graphics (64mb) asrock has some good ones... look for virtual surrond in soundthis is one pretty cheap and good system... though its not enough to play games.. for that buy a 128 mb graphics card.. ATI has some nice ones.

ok enough testing... no offence meant but these new changes made in Xisto forum suck.. the whole forum is in a mess.. the older layout was way better.-----------------Moved to Hosting Support & Help - that'd be the right place for suggestions like this.

okay i see your point... but then put it as a misc topic under computers and tech.. doesn't fit under general discussion.
