Personally, I would not suggest anyone to use too many javascript on a single page. It will cause the page to appear slow and it may cause conflicts as well.

I am not sure what problem you are facing but I hope the following suggestion will help:- Open your Flash Application. Locate and open the fla file. Open the Library of the fla file by pressing "Ctrl" and "L". Locate the jpeg file and right click to open its properties, change the percentage of compression setting to at least 80% or more. Locate the jpg file in your timeline and locate the layer. Delete the jpg file and reapply it again from your Library. If that still would work import the jpg file again and make sure you have import the right jpg file with the right size.
