i would suggest you to redo or re-generated a new swf from your source code.if it still do not work, please post your web settings and other related information here for me to debug it for you.Else, you may try it not putting it into any folder and read it again.

I run a check and found that the fold name "swf" do not have permission for public view.You may solve the problem if you set the folder permission to at least 0641 or 0644.If it does not solve the problem, let me know.

Cron jobs is a server side settings.You have to ask your server to give you permission to operate cron jobs.Cron jobs functions are easily available to non-windows servers.Most windows servers I had use before, do not support cron jobs.
