  1. Windows because of the compatibility of games but if linux was one of the choices i would pick it

  5. Photoshop Cs and Imageready like everyone else said becuase they have so many tutorials for this program and its such an easy interface to work with

    Learning PHP

    php is really not hard to learn its all about "getting the hang of it" and not being afraid of failing. http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp can start you off
  10. dreamweaver is an awesome php editor to use it has an easy interface and supports other languages too (html, asp, coldfusion etc.)
