I tried google desktop search... AND IT WAS VERY BAD!!!!That was in it's beta pahse.. but it brought me a lot of pc problems... i have lost faith in desktopo search software...The best advice you can get: "Be organized from getogo"..Put everything in specific folder, named after their content... use multilevel folder organization...This way you won't need a desktopo search software... you be more productive, and you'll get your tasks done faster...

give the .exe a hole new extension, like .jpg or .gif Yesterday i did some research on your topic, and i found the same answer i gave u... i tried reading gmail policies and legal stuff... but i don't seem to find the "oficial" text that explains the .exe issue.... You shouldn't suffer so much to send i file.. try https://www.hightail.com/ or give yahoo a chance, they have a 250 mb free mail account... And i think they allow .exe files The .exe being inside a rar, and google find in it, is explain in their policies... Ok, jeje, i went to the gmail wbsite to get the part i wanted to quote and i found THIS!!!! And they also have a new conectivuty thingamaggiga with picasa, their photo software so u can send you r pics!!! jeje, i'm very excited with this.. Yesterady i was sending my self a .rar with 70mb of pics to my gmail account.. i go delete those file now.. So, anyway... try the "completetly new extension" and tell us what happend

Ok, i always say the same.. but i sa because i really beleve it...If you want to crete a portal, use a CMS'S powered website!!!!That way, frontpage, dreamweaver, etc... will be almost unnecesary (by almost i may be exagerating)The thing is, cms make developing very easy.. if you like to write your own code, u can buold up modules and contribute with the goos free stuff!!!!PS: Frontpage, Dremaveaver and notepad

I hav ethe same problem as RainbowPhoenix in understanding your post...I'm going to cover the other interpretation....you have to open your acrobat PDF, the search for the image yo want to get from the file, click on the little camera (see image above)the pick the image area and that image will be savec in your clipboard, the, got to your favorite image edition image a pste it as a new file, and thats all there is to it!!!!Hope this works.. please explain yourselve

No!!! USE WINRAR!!!!! I think i know what's your problem... i read somewhere (i can't find it now!!!) taht you can't send .exe file, even if they are compressed... Meaning: Do u have a .exe file inthat .rar file????If so.. then try sending that file from another account...This is something to prevent mailicous code from arraiving to your inbox, threatening your security, ans even the gmail servers (i supouse)

There's another way of doing it, i know it beacuse i had my firefoz running with the tab down without editing tht file..The thing is.. i can't find the file!!!jeje, i don't have an \Administrator\ folder (first), and the aplication data doesn't appear right on the user folder..Do u know another way... one using extentions...oh, another thing.. i asummed that .css is only for that theme, no??anyway, thanks!

curly, this solution (the latest Ti-Connect software) is functional to all ti models.You may want to check you linking cable. Sometime you may have to unplu it and the plug it again for win xp to recognize the new device.

Ok, i have a 70 mb folder compressed with winrar, and i tried to uploaded into a "service" on the internet, but they only allow uploads up to 10mb..That's why i need to upload the folder in 7 equal parts of 10mb each...I know it's possible in winrar beacuse i have downloaded files with this specs (separated, like a back-up)So, if u know how to, please tell meThanks!

Well.. i think you're right.. it's a good thing that u pointed out the failed OS in MS past... Win xp was like that at the begining.. the compatability (<- correct this!) issue was threatening for win xp, but it's a lot better now.. like 3 year after it's first launching...I don't know anything about longhorn.. i have read that is was going to be launched on 2008.. but i have found available version on e-mule servers...If a had a 10 GB HD free... i think i would download it and test it out, see if a would spend taht kind of money on a new system..Because as you know, linuz it's a very good option too.. AND IT'S FREE... althought i haven't really used it, jeje, i but i will.. next summer!

Ok, i sufered a HD TOTAL FAILIURE.. so i downloaded firefoz again.... I had to get all the extensions i got before, to accomodate my neccesities...One of the things a managed to do before, was putting the "tabs" on the lower part of the window..The thing is.. i can't rember how i did it!!!!And now i can't!!!If any one knows how to do it, i'ld really aprecciated..Thanks!!!
