I like to code the majority of the code on notepad (Really good btw)Sometimes, I also use Dreamweaver's handy "preview + code edit" feature which alows you to highlight a part of your page as seen by the viewer (image) and it highlights it in the code for you...I use DW MX 2004 but DM 8 is also good...I think they're almost the same anyway?

Ohh!!! If I were to list them all, I'd accumulate enough credits to last the year :PTo sum it up:-Games (Of course)-Programming-Web dev-Learning more on what I know--Programming, php, philosophy -Chatting (Communicate)-Earning egold!-Downloading-And Homework--Many things that I do... Probably many here do the same thing?

Exactly :PI think that you shouldn't be looking for what price you want, rather, what other features that you want... I mean, hosts that offer 40gb of bandwith for $4 is really cheap...They are probably overselling, or, trying to kill the competition. But, if you want good hosting, with support and good uptime for the site itself and the services that it has...Spend

Website In Firefox And Iexplorer iexplorer mess it up, whats the problem
Sirius replied to realthor's topic in The Internet
I had a great template that looked great on IE but really bad on Firefox...It was really hard to fix every small thing because even one digit out of place messed it up completely...So...I ended up getting a new template.A suggestion -
I think that in the new movie, Harry's hair looks really bad B)Well, I didn't really like the first ones I think...There were some nice spots in them I guess but the rest wasn't that good--I heard that they got a new director or something like that for the new harry potter film? if they didn't they're supposed to totally redo it I think, hence, the PG-13 rating. It's good to see that they're moving up on the content as the books are too with each volume...But even though, I still think that PG-13 is gonna have to be the highest that they go up to--if it somehow becomes R then I think they'd have to edit it

How To Acess Domain Control Panel.help Needed
Sirius replied to itssami's topic in Web Hosting Support
I'm not sure where it is, but...The reason why yahoo domains are so cheap is because it's very hard to get a yahoo domain and have a different host other then yahoo--I think it's possible, but not sure how--I'd suggest emailing them about it because if there is a change dns server area there, it's hidden on purpose--Good Luck -

Planning To Purchase Laptop in the future
Sirius replied to [i]_R_Crazy_Idiot's topic in Science and Technology
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000Pentium M 1.86 GHz1GB Ram (Bought it with 512mb bought the other stick later, much cheaper...)Ati Radeon x300 128mb graphics card70GB HD (~5200rpm)~15 Inch Widescreen I got it for around a total price of ~$1600, was living in the US at that time...I think Dell laptops are pretty overprices...They were offering a sale and I also got a coupon from couponmountain.com (Great Dell coupons btw) So I saved a few hundred dollars....I'm pretty happy with it...The "Enter" key got loose in about the first week I bought it...Support told me a way to fix it and if it wouldnt fix they would replace it for free....Well, after a hour of patience it was fixed--Still, I think they have good support...Well, I would imagine seeing that they charge a lot for their laptops...My Dell doesn't get too hot... (Compared to Apple Powerbook 12")...Which isn't made as a laptop for guys seeing how hot it gets--I'd suggest an Asus B)And, If you get a laptop with Penitum 4, it's gonna get very hot--if you do anyway, make sure it has great cooling -
Does anyone know of any other programs like Google Ad-sense that accept e-gold as one of their payment options? Thanks

Traditional Chinese Medicine Can Bird Flu
Sirius replied to Maillennia's topic in General Discussion
I read it some time back at a US technews type website...Forgot the name of it and can't find it on google right now.Apparently, China was installing fiber optic lines all over the place because I assume that the Chinese didn't want to use copper wires for Internet which support transmit rates up to 6kbps :)I personally think that China does good in blocking some sites from access. lol you wouldn't believe what my school says about M.ao--"M.ao was a crazy dictator who tried to breed pigs and chickens" :)Ya, I also had dialup in the US before I moved to Turkey...I worked with 5kbps, but then, later on, I realized that my neighbors wireless network was in range and from that point on I got rates up to 120kbps when I went upstairs, slower downstairs... Pretty good actually, considering its for free...I don't think that the US would be doing anything like putting down fiber optic lines for the use of The People anytime soon...Some people there are stuck with really slow internet, the others, really fast...I'd assume in China that it's all equal transmition rates.I'd strongly suggest, If you have a laptop to go to all 4 corners of your house and search for wireless networks -
Many ISPs block many ports so your webserver wouldn't have "Complete Internet Access" As said before, almost all ISPs block the sending of email. Some allow you to recieve it though...I suppose you could easily use a smtp server of some sort and send all of your email through that server but then the email sending might lag a little bit...If you have file attachments and such.Or, I suppose you could contact your ISP. They would probably have a server/webhosting package that accepts all ports but that would probably me more expensive...I'd suggest that only people that have fast computers/servers to use the above way to host sites... I'd think that it would be much better to have a webhosting service rather then hosting your own small site. If you have a webhosting service you might be able to make a small profit, and, so it would be actually worth going through all of the trouble with your ISP...Get a really small generator if your planning on seriously using your computer as a server

I'm pretty sure leaving your computer on slows it down after some time because of the slowness of hardware--I think possibly the rpm of the Hard Drive and maybe even the Cpu could be affected.Plus, it get's really warm. But I think that current day computer would turn themselves off if the computer/laptop got too warm inside? I'm just saying that based of what happens if you spill something over your laptop... It just turns itself down to protect you and furtur harm while everything is running--I think...I always turn if off before I goto bed Even if I'm gone for a few hours...So when I start it up again I have a fast computer running (less processes and so forth)

Ya, I agree, much better then the old one.The first one was a bit too complex with the colors. This ones simple and very neat looking

I played it for a short time... Then because I didn't like the game, I left it.I think it's quite possible that there are "Edits" running around. The players and staff number is huge, therefore, very hard to keep track of...

I have the smallest hosting pack for now, Pack A I believe. What is the formula for host days vs. credits?Or, how many credits are equal to how many hosting days--For both hosting packages? Thanks

Largest Known Prime Number A very long number...
Sirius replied to sonyguy's topic in General Discussion
I've heard of people using their computer's processing power to help cure cancer and diseases and such... Never heard of it being used for finding the largest prime number :/I think all that power could have been used for something else, rather then using it to find a very large number that doesn't meant anything -
Ehh-- I hate PS controlers :/ All of the buttons are the same, you have to look at the symbols on the controler to play anything.on GameCube all of the buttons are different, you just feel your way around the controller while looking at the tv. Plus, it's much more confortable. The controler just molds into your hand :)Get a wireless GameCube controler too , I've only changed it's battery once or twice-- My laptop mouse goes through the same battery in days

I also read somewhere that you could install linux on iPods?I don't know the details-- I didn't read on because I saw that it supported newer iPods. Mine's a iPod Mini.Well, mp3s use a lot of processing power because it's a small file, the iPod has to decrypts it while reading... So it uses alot of battery too. I'd assume that playing .wav files uses less energy, but, then, the iPod would have to access more storage and that would use more energy too...Well anyway, i think that it's great that iPods can run linux on them--They must be fast

http://seriousbucks.com/ I just saw it about yesterday-- I've seen people advertising their links. For each click it says that you get $0.05. I don't know any other details about it though--Good luck

Well, seeing that it is extremely unlikely that Bush will be re-elected--I think that he really shouldn't be looking to do things to get the support of the people. He's been trying to do it so far, see what it's got him?
