that may be true but you might need a warehouse to store all your servers if you are serious about having a webhosting companyand you should make sure that all your users data is safe you would need to put it on a secure server encrypted with ssl otherwise you would be breaching the data protection act but if you have done all that then all youi would have to do would be to promote your site and let vistiors sign up to free/paid or both hosting
