i think the best way tro learn a language is to study the main verbs and the most impartant words and then communicate with persons who only speak the foreign language. In this way you are forced to make correct phrases and you are forced to develop your (foreign) language skills. In my opinion, the last statement isn't being perfomed enough at at schools.... you should learn a language by using it.

that's a nice trick you are saying there . But I think it's now a little to late for that, now I can't act anymore like i don't care, it has been a couple of months now! I have to decide - as you said - if they are worth my efforts.. In such a long time, the problem should have been solved.. i'm pro abortion. what will you do if the doctor says your child is gonna be very sick later and his quality of life will be very low? i wouldn't want my child to suffer that much, especially when you've been warned and you still can do something about it. The child wouldn't feel anything, wouldn't notice anything if the abortion was performed. Still, it stays a personal choice, in my opinion, everybody is free to has his opinion about this and make his own choice...

have you ever experienced it, you made a mistake and in some way, the other person just refused to forgive it, even if it was a little, tiny incident ??!... I can't imagine something more annoying than this....; when you show sincere regret, it should be forgiven, that's a sort of personal rule I use... Everybody makes mistakes , don't we? .. people who refuse to forgive aren't really honest people in relation with others or in relation with themselves..!

I will explain it in an other way;the situation and problem is: In an msn-group I wanted to place a link to a site that contains a musicplayer outside the site, in a new window. (A musicplayer that doesn't take the whole screen). I found a way to make the screen smaller, by adding sizes to the link code, but now the problem is: MSN-groups doesn't support this code or pop-ups!! Now i'm searching to find a way to take you to this resized page, in a new window. the only manner to open the link in a new window is to right-click the link-> open in new window. But this makes the link open in a full sized-window. (with al the navigationbuttons etc.. , what you don't have in a pop-up, which i prefer). I hope you (or someone else) understood what i'm trying to say and is willing to help me .

i agree the forums add value to Xisto, they are interesting and very helpfull. But for people who haven't got english as their mother tongue, it takes more time to read the messages and to make a decent post. Much more than the 2 minutes per day, as someone just cited.. In my opinion, a lot of people just post to post. they are "forced" to post to keep their account. If those people would be free to post (so only if they want to), shouldn't that be better for the forum (spam etc..)? I'm not intending to pull this community down or to have it in for someone. It was just a remark/proposal. .ok?

i don't think gaming is a greater waste of time than watching tv or knitting. Even more, you can game with your friends so this activity could be quite social. But i don't think you should exaggerate, it shouldn't be addictive...

about the service pack2, i've heard that certain programs won't work anymore. Such like p2ps as Kazaa! If you are a fervent user of such programs, i recommend you think twice before installing the service pack

orion: i have maybe 30 emails and no space is marked used on the space bar is that usual or what? Maybe the emails are so small that their size is "negligible"?
