  2. Australia is a really beautiful place. ive been there once or twice and let me tell you, the weather was wonderful. the people were great too. however, the outback is a whole different story. you can around around and see nothing for miles and miles except for animals and grass

Are black people dumb, white people average, and asians geeky? Is there a reason whey chinese and japenese do well in school while blacks struggle but are more athletic? I think the article is true, but they probably don't apply to everyone. i do believe that different races exist even if our genes are not that different. However, like the DOI said, all men (and WO men) are created equal.   4. whey don't you just download a trial version of dreamweaver 8? it gives you like 30 days trial and i think 30 days is more then enough to fix up your site. btw is that woman you in the picture?
  5. the pictures look great overall. i know since my photoshop III class in school tries to draw or edit and they ended up doing a messy job. your pictures look so much better as compared to all the other people in my school
  6. i really don't see that much difference between firefox and ie. the only things that i actually see and use are the tabs, and the format of firefox is also different, kind of refreshing actually. But ie is much more compatiable to almost everything, and sometimes firefox does not run java well. if you want firefox to run java, you will have to download it and most people are just too lazy to do that. ie on the other hand come bundled with everything you need to surf the internet. and i think the popup blocker is also superior to firefox. the only thing that are lacking in firefox are compatiability. i mean, there are tons of popup blockers for ie, while there may only be one or two for firefox. but i still use firefox even with all these popups
  7. We have four computers. two are my sister's and two are mine. However, one of mine and one of her's are broken, and we didn't bother to spend money to fix it. so i guess we only have two computers. i would have more if my parents got some. but they aren't into the internet, they just want to use the computers to talk to relatives from different countries. like the webcam thinggy lol

  20. Making the track team Most schools (mine) will let you be a member of the track team even if you are as slow as a turtle; so the title is a little misleading. But I will tell you guys on how to improve and be better in track. Basically just some tips. My specialties are the hurdles (fav); long jump, 100 meter and high jump (practically know nothing about). To be a good hurler, you need to be flexible. The coach, internet, or any other source does not justify this enough. If you want to be a hurler, you need to be at least somewhat flexible waist down. For this purpose I searched the net and came up with the *drum roll* *drum roll* HURDLE STRECH!!! http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png �Correct alignment of lead leg is important in the hurdle stretch, regardless if you are a hurdler or not. The foot must be aligned in the forward direction. Start in a sitting position with one leg straight out with your knee flat and your toes up. The other leg should be tucked so that the heel is touching your buttocks. Lean forward, reaching your hands as far as possible. I believe that everyone was given a certain amount of flexibility at birth, some more than other. However, at some point in our lives, our flexibility decreases due to not doing anything. So to prevent your muscles and joints from becoming, inflexible, simply stretch everyday for about 5 minutes. Do each stretch and hold for 20 seconds. In order to do the hurdles you have to be flexible, otherwise you will either hook your trailing foot over one side of the hurdle or jump too high and slow you down Or the worst case, knock down the hurdle and fall flat on your face and everyone will laugh at you while you tear open and bloodied you beautify face lalala. Anyway hurdling is all about timing and techniques, not all about speed and athletic ability. As you leap over the hurdles, try not to think of it as an obstacle, visualize and just run �through� the hurdles. Your stride should be in rhythm, if you have short legs, you will probably need to take 4 or 5 steps in order to reach the next hurdle. However the best will do 3 step jump 3 step jump�.etc. Towards the end of the race, don�t dip your head early since you might misjudge and not even be passing the finish line and fall flat on your face while people laugh at you since you torn your beautiful face and chip your tooth yayayaya. Anyway, just don�t dip too soon and practice your technique, you might even be scorer on your team. Long jumping is all about timing and mostly athletic ability. When you run towards the jump line, do not start on the line, you will be disqualified for that jump, do not jump over the line, you will be disqualified, do jump a bit under the line, that way, you can be sure that your jump will qualify. When you are in the air, do a bicycle pump with your legs, pretend that you are riding your bike. Lend forward like you�re a hurler, so there will be less air resistance. Pretend that you are running and pump your arm. This will make you more aerodynamic and give you around maybe a second of hang time. The most important part is the height and the length that you will jump. Don�t jump too high since you won�t have any distance and don�t jump too low, then you might land prematurely. The perfect ratio, at least for me, is 3:8, 3:7, or even 3:9 (pushing it a little). The 3 being the height and the others being the distance. Like many other track events, sprinting is also a formula, a ratio. How much power should you take to run the steps and how big should your stride be? Like the jp, if your stride is too long, you won�t be as fast. If your stride is too small, you will be taking baby steps and you still won�t be fast. The best balance will be a ratio of 1:1. 1 being power and 1 being ratio. Since you can�t measure power, this is the method that I use. Just stampede the floor while running as hard as you can while maintain a consistent stride. Just don�t make it too long and you should be fine. While running, your back should also be straight, bending slightly forward. You should pump your arms consistently with your opposite foot to maintain balance. Never pump your arms too �forward.� A sudden pump and strain a muscle

  25. Working out is a must for everyone from athletes to little kids (yeah really). There are two steps you can take. 1) Cutting or 2) bulkingEveryone prefers the latter because they believe cutting can actually make you lose muscle mass. This is not true if you diet right and don?t over work yourself. If you want to cut, first look at yourself in the mirror, are you overweight (can?t help you there if you?re anorexic)? Most Americans are, so you must eat less, meaning cutting your calories to 75% of what you normally eat. The average intake for adults are 2000 so cut that to 1500. After you are on the diet and if you feel hungry all the time, chances are you are. So increase calorie intake if you feel that you are not eating enough. You HAVE TO stay motivated if you actually want to reach your goals; and please set realistic goals. Lets say, you are 100 lbs over weight and have a beer belly the size of a king size bed (bad example) you are not going to be able to get a six pack in a month?s time. Also while working out, it is important to keep yourself hydrated daily. Drink 8-12 cups of water at least per day. Cool water is proven to help you lose weight. Dieting is also important, so find a diet and stick to it. Don?t try stuff like the Akins or all carb diet, its bad for you and might make you suffer setbacks since no one can actually stick to it. And it?s not healthy to eat all of one kind of organic thingy. You should eat your food in a ratio of 2:1, carbs to protein. Don?t drink empty calories like soda, beer, or coffee. Eating breakfast is also a must; it gives you energy and makes you focus throughout the day. Make sure to get enough sleep, at least 9hours if you want to see any gains at all. Don?t focus on training too much, this leads to overtraining and you might suffer an injury as a result, so train every other day. Make sure you don?t rest for too long or you?ll get unmotivated. Doing cardio is essential to losing fat, you don?t need to run like a marathoner, but you do need to run at least 30mins-1hour every other day, alternate with your training days. There are two methods of running that I personally like. One is just jogging for an interval of 20 minutes and then rest to less then 5. The other is going all out and run for under 1 minute and rest for 1 min. this method is not recommended for people who are out of shape since this can make you feel dizzy or faint (blacked me out the first time I tried it). I actually never used the second method for a long time. Make sure to drink a bottle of water while you go for you run. Some people believe that you should run as soon as you get up on an empty belly. This is not true since you will feel hungry and won?t have the energy to run and some people don?t like to get up in the morning anyway. The best time for me to run is the night since its cool and there are hardly any cars around. Some people thinking that cutting are easy others think bulking. I personally think cutting is easier since you don?t have to try that hard (at least not for me). To gain muscle mass, make sure you have enough protein. I recommend 1gram to 1.5 or even two grams of protein per pound of muscle; not fat. The experts say that excess protein won?t be used and you?ll just piss it out of your body. That is BS since protein is need to build muscle and more protein doesn?t hurt you (probably). Stick to the 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein and just because you are bulking doesn?t mean you eat everything in sight, so don?t. Eat small meals about 6-8 and if you don?t have time, then too bad for you so eat a protein bar or shake or something. Workout your legs too since, testoresone is release while you workout all parts of your body. Don?t lift light weights, do heavy ones. And don?t left until your muscles fail, this can cause injury and it?s bad to put your body under that much stress. Ionic since you are putting stress on your muscles in order to make them grow a popular belief is that machines suck, but they don?t, so use them. Free weight just help you build stabilize muscles, so use them too. eating solid food is better than drinking protein shake, so try to eat meats like beef, chicken, pork, or even fish more. Don?t do steroids (I never did) since its temporary, and its makes your *BLEEP* small, your boobs big, your voice high, your face more acne, you more shorter, and it basically make you look like a girl. Best thing for you is to apply for a gym membership so pay up like 20-60 bucks depending on where you live (its CHEAP in Florida!!! Yay!). I don?t have time so I use a bench and free weights in my basement. I found some good deals on the net, and if the plates are too light, then just buy more. Plates are good since you can add more on if they get too light. And don?t use bowflex, I just it at my friend?s house and it sucked big time. Also don?t use stuff on the commercials, they don?t work. I?ve found some site with some good deals such as bigfitness, bodyuniverse, or megafitness. Just google it and you?ll find it.Some popular belief is that you won?t grow if you lift weight at a young age, that?s completely not true, there?s no logic behind this. Also some people think that putting on muscle make you slow, it doesn?t. Fast twitch muscle make you faster while slow twitch is need to keep you going for a long time.
