  1. A couple hours ago, I came to decide that uptime is very important. You might say, DUH!, but it can be very tricky if you are not experience with frequent downtime hosts. I mean, those hosts that have frequent downtimes, they don't list their uptime as like 80%. They don't mention anything about uptime but they probably mention all the features that you want though, like php, mysql database, a lot of bandwidth, and instant activation. However, if "uptime" is not on your mind, and you are just looking for features you have to have, like php, etc., you may just signup, upload all your files, then DOWNTIME.Yes, that is the experience that I've been having. Downtime as an occurance that happens daily. This post is to share my experience and my advise for you to value the word "UPTIME" in any webhosts that you decide to try out.Yes, I love the fact that Xisto has the ability to advertise their uptime, not like those hosts who's been taking advantage of my ignorance.
  2. I agree that some paid-to-read, paid-to-surf sites don't really pay; but there are legitimate ones that do pay though.I myself have not been a big successor through these programs, but I have receive a few dollars through them. The problem that I have with most of them is the ties directed back to big-time advertisers.I mean, some, maybe most paid-to-read programs are stable due to search mails; and many rich advertisers use search engines to advertise their services/products.The same things apply to pay-to-promote programs, which many people use traffic exchanges to promote them. But oh well, I guess they big-time advertisers have money to spare.
  3. I had read some useful information about DxInONe on this forum: http://dxout.com/phpBB/index.php I have found DxInOne to be a very interesting program/investment through my reading. I haven't invest anything yet though; I only have like 5 cents in E-gold account. However, when I have a few bucks, I think I will try the program out. I'm not knowledgeable, but according to my interpretations of the articles that I have read so far, DxInOne seems to be working based on the demand/supply of online currencies (like E-gold, Int-gold, etc.) These days, there seems to be an increased in the demand for online currencies; for example, more merchants accept online currencies as forms of payment. On the supply side, however, Egold is not very easy get. I mean, if you go search on like google, there are not many business that sells E-gold, and those that do can have not-so-cheap fees. Based on that supply/demand fact-like interpretation of mine, I think that's why many people are making money from DxInOne, and DxInOne can be a potential earner for many people these days.
