I would have to say, Camera phone, mainly because I haven't had one, lol. I have friends who have them, who also pay their own cell bill, and they are the best thing that happened to them(not really, but you know what I mean..). I don't know if that would work so well. Your meaning like the Bridgestone rides low, on the inside, and Michelin rides high on the outside? If so, then the Bridgestone teams would get that much further away from the Michelin teams on that corner, seeing on how the inside corner is always the faster part of a corner. But if you mean reverse of that previously stated, then it could of very possibly worked. But it's all over, so I guess we'll never know! As I stated before, the chicane would create a whole new track, which in the end, would result in re-qualifying, as the track would be different enough that it wouldn't be fair. In my mind, the yellow flag is the best option, but that's just my mind, we all know how messed up it is! LOL. As for Michelin being screwed in the future if the FIA switches to 1 tire company, then yeah, they more then likely did screw themselves over. And finally, as for the FIA, they should just GET LOST! About the chicane, If they had of put in the chicane, it would have been a whole different course, which would have resulted in re-qualifying all the racers. As my dad pointed out, they could have just yellow flagged the corner, and then, you destroy the fear of being passed when you have to go slow around that corner. It's as simple as that! As for that, yes Michelin should have sent the proper tires, but they had just recently repaved that whole track, for the first time in however many years, and in turn 13, they added that lil offset where the side closest to the stands was higher than the side closest to the pit, which ended with the side walls on the Michelin tires to fail. However, Bridgestone's tires did not fail, because their sister company Firestone does Nascar, and Nascar has raced that course before F1 after it got paved. Therfore, Firestone was able to inform it's sister company Birdgestone that turn 13 could cause the sidewalls on the tires to fail, and to developpe a tire that would be able to handle that kind of slide. So in result, Michelin failed to developpe a working tire for the track, and hopefully next year, they will be able to have the proper equipment ready. And as for Bridgestone, good job! Shadow

Did anyone watch it?If you did, I bet your pretty pissed off. I know I am. All the teams that were running on Michelin tires couldn't race because they were having porblems on turn 13. The tires kept blowing out. Young Ralf Shumacher(sp?) had a tire blow out, and sun into the protective barrier. It turns out, the side wall on the tire failed, and cause the tire to blow out. Well Michelin flew a set of non defective tires to the race track, and the FIA wouldn't let the teams switch the tires. So the Michelin teams came out for the formation lap, then ALL pitted after it. Only 3 teams consisting of 6 drivers, 2 on each team, raced. So instead of the FIA putting up a yellow flag at turn 13 to slow the drivers down, and elliminate the fear of being passed, they just pitted the Michelin teams. Only the teams riding on Bridgestone raced. Rather boring. And all the fans were throwing debis onto the tack and booing. When the race was over, non of the winners wanted to participate in the podium, and frankly, I don't blame them! Thanks for killing F1 Bernie Elkelheart(sp?)!My feelings as of this point are mostly.. OK. I have no idea what's going on here. Maybe you got your domain changed? Did you ask for a recent domain change, because other than that, the only thing I can think of is your hosting got cancelled, and I can't see that unless you violated the TOS. And I don't think you did, because your group is still hosted on the forum. Try contacting Opaque or NilsC and find out. Or if you remembered that you got a domain change, try and remember the domain, and try acessing the site that way. Trap17 supports Parked or Addon Domains, so you can get them to create your hosting using...say... http://www.mydomain.com/ and then later add a new domain by going to parked domains, then add it there, then enter, something like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. It's rather simple once you know where to go. Of course it's confusing if you don't.Hope I HelpedShadow

The Hosting script, the one that suspends and unsuspends accounts, runs EVERY HOUR on the hour. So say it's 10:15, and you got your hosting credits back into the positive, then you won't get your hosting back until 11:00. Every once in a while, the server does go down for back up, and the forum runs on a diff server, so the forum will NOT be affected by this down time. Please be patient with Xisto admins, and they will help you ASAP. Pretty much all you can do is PM them and let them know. Do not create topics like this. They are getting very tired of them!Shadow

Well, I've been thinking, I'm good enough to get into a clan, but no one is recruiting, and the ones who are, expect too much of you. If the original user got an IP ban, I'm pretty sure that username wouldn't work at all. It could just be a problem with his ISP. Xisto gets alot of that, you wouldn't even be able to begin to beleive. Get him to contact his ISP and see if they give access to this site. If that's not the problem, then I'll need more details to try and figure out what the real problem is.Shadow

You are obviously doing something wrong to receive these warnings, you should stop trying to get warnings, and work on making this a better community! As for those who are sorry, I know I'm not a moderator or anything(although I would love to be one, as I once was), but you should do the same thing, try and pay attention to what you say or do, and then you won't have to worry about warnings. This version seems to be alot more stable, and faster loading too! Since you removed those MODs, the board loads sooooo much faster! Before you guy's upgraded the board, everything under the title that was under the shoutbox wouldnt load for me, well it would, but it took about an hr. I hope the skin you guys install will be tolerable for me . Anything you guys put in is tolerable for me, so I'm JK. Have fun playin with the board!Shadow

IPB is confused with what they want! They give out free trials, yet say they are illegal copies. They need to get their sh!t straight! So I spose you CAN'T get an IPB board legally, you can only STEAL IT!! (Don't listen to a word I say! LOL)

Well I used to keep it on, at one point, it was on for a straight 3 months, but now we shut it off. We need to conserve our electricity, and save money, so we shut it off now. BUT the question of if the HDD can handle the on/off treatment doesn't matter! It's more the lil circuits and such that will take the majority of the damage!

Well it's nice to know that it's only 8 gigs, I'll let my buddy knowAs for filling up the Hdd, My buddy installed a mod chip with over 150 super nes, super nintendo, etc emulators on it, and it still had space, however, after adding a few more games, the Hdd wass full. So yes, it is easy to fill up an Hdd with the mod chip. However, I have about 31 CDs on my xbox, and it's still registering 50 000+, so you would need alot of CDs to fill it up.Shadow

1)Well for the ftp error, it isn't an error, i get that too, all you have to do is click file --> log-in as.. that should fix that. 2)The only way you can delete an ftp account is if you created it, if it was there when you got your hosting, then you cant delete it 3)are you sure you are entering the right folder name in the address bar? maybe you named it "forums" or something? and like snlildude said, are you sure you uploaded in the public_html folder, and NOT with the public_html folder? hope this helps!

Well I heard from my friend at school, that the first xbox has a 50 gig hdd. Now thats just a waste, just add it to my computer and put a 20 gig in it if that . what do you guys think of this? what have you heard about this?

I know I don't have much content.. I do plan on fixing that, but like I said, first time I've actually gotten it up and ready for the public in 2 months! I am thinking of removing the splash page seeing on how I removed the forums. I only used a layout from another site because, I don't know how to code a whole layout, and I don't have an image making program. Can't install one either.. sadly enough(mainly because it's my dads comp, and he won't let me!). Beleive me, if I could make my own layouts, I would. I would use a shoutbox, but this Chat I have installed is very user friendly, and I'm sick of shoutbox's, half the time, they don't work for me, so I gave up on them!So far, my plans are.. for the main page, just the news. And for anything else I think of, to add additional pages.
