Yes. Plesk is the recommended control panel for Windows dedicated servers — it supports IIS, handles PHP and ASP.NET side-by-side, and manages domains, SSL, email, and databases from a single interface. The Plesk licence is billed separately and Xisto installs it for you.

Yes. SQL Server Express is free to install and is suitable for development, small applications, and databases under 10 GB. For production workloads requiring more capacity, SQL Server Standard or SQL Server Web Edition are available as paid add-ons — Xisto can source and install either.

Yes. Windows Server includes Hyper-V, and on a dedicated server you have full hardware access to enable it. You can create and manage multiple VMs — Windows or Linux — on the same physical server. Guest licences for Windows VMs must be separately licenced.

You get full RDP (Remote Desktop) access plus IPMI/KVM for hardware-level access. RDP lets you manage the server via a graphical Windows desktop. IPMI gives you out-of-band access for reboots and OS reinstalls even if RDP is unreachable. Both are included with every plan.
