English isn't German, not every in a phrase starts with a capitol letter (and yes I'm aware that it only counts for nouns in German). The website doesn't seem to work, a typo?

The website is:

I think he is trying to show us the Vista Transformation Pack for Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. Please not that this is not created by Microsoft. When you install this transformation pack, it will replace components in your operating system, such as boot screens, visual styles, icons, wallpapers etc. that make you OS look like Windows Vista.

I don't really like to use transformation packs as they can make you system unstable at times (and may lead to more system crashes due to the editing of system files involved). So I believe there is a significant risk in using such program. I would rather get a real version of Windows Vista for the new look design that people at Microsoft worked long hours to create (they need to get paid for their work).

Ahhh I tried something like this before. Absolutely hated it. They stuff about your screen and lag things up. Remember to get a System Restore point on Windows before your download! (Though I'm not sure about the one you're talking about.)

you could try all such cool themes safely by creating a System Restore Point before installing the Theme so that if anything goes wrong you can always revert back to the noraml by using System Restore.

I think I'd prefer Aston over any other shell. It pretty much has skins that look like the Vista interface and comes with a lot of extra features that won't eat away at your memory. WindowBlinds would probably be another one, but that one likes to take a up a lot of memory for most people (at least that's what I always hear).
