What Tool Do You Use When Programming With Java?

What JAVA IDE do you use??Editplus + UltraeditNetbeanJbuilderVS.net + External Tools （Almost the same as Editplus)......You are welcome to add more...

Netbeans ..mostly because i havent tried any thing else yet and it fulfills all my needs so far. You could have addded Sun Java Studio in your list too.

I alternate between Eclipse and Notepad. I haven't ried Netbeans yet. I like Eclipse for many reasons, but as you can tell from my frequent use of Notepad, basically I like IDEs because of the color coding. And don't laugh at notepad, it's the only IDE that works equally well for all languages. ~Viz

Guys i have tested all of them, and i can say, that the most professional and time saving ide is intellij, i seriously recommend it, download the trial so you can test it out and then go to: http://www.jetbrains.com/support/, where a community(including me) will help you master this program. cheers.

I am new to JAVA; so i use edit plus and notepad to get hold of the basics of java... I tried to go with the netbeans but the crapy code generated by it dint well mixed with my brain... so for simplicity I use editplus and notepad...

I use Jcreator usually. Somtimes notepad. I like the color coding and it just makes everything easier. Also quick access to the documentation.
