What Is The Best Javascript Menu Builder?

I really need a free, cool and easy-to-integrate JAVASCRIPT menu builder for my new site.I mean free to use as in unlimitated use provided i link the producer's site to my menu.Anyway if someone knows anything pleas help.Thanks !!

I don't know much about free ones.. but there's a very good paid one which I use at times... Its called Tigra Menu Builder and you can get it at: http://www.softcomplex.com/products/tigra_menu/

Another excellent one is AllWebMenus - you can design hundreds of different kind of menus including floating nav bars on left/right/top, treeview menus, slideout/popup menus... anything you care to imagine. Get it at: http://www.likno.com/

If you're not familiar with Javascript coding, the best way to do Javascript menus is stealing . Just when you see a cool menu on a website. Ctrl-U, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V And make your changes (urls and names) Well of course website owners posses the right to their source codes, but I personally wouldn't mind if someone stole some code from my site. Just be reasonable.

I always use xara menu maker, it's not free, but a very good tool with many templates

There are some pretty cool CSS menus that create drop down effects and everything. The benefit to those are they work on nearly every computer and load instantly. Just a suggestion though. I know alot of my friends and even my school (for security reasons I dont understand) turns off Javascript and when they go to a website that uses menus with Javascript, they can't navigate if the site is poorly built and so they leave before they even have a look around.Personally, I find Javascript can be very useful but when put in the wrong hands, can be VERY VERY annoying.So think is it worth using Javascript if you could be sending one in every twenty of your visitors away simply because they can't access your site? And if you still want to use it, that's fine but put text links to all your pages at the bottom of your pages, at least that way some non-js users can still look around your site.

IF you want cool program to create a cool menu, try DHTML menu by sothink. Although it doesn't support frontpage extension it is still easy to configure. There is a 15 day trial period you can download at thier site and if you are intereted with the software go ahead and buy it. It's a nice software.
