have a acer aspire t180 desktop that i accidently pulled the processor out and then i reinstalled it ,now it comes on when i plug it in and shows a black screen and wont power on or off with the power button please help

Firstly, how do you accidentally pull a processor out? Depending on the socket that may well have caused some permanent damage to your processor and the motherboard (if you didn't intend to pull the processor out).

When you say it shows a black screen, do you mean the screen is on and the computer is outputting every pixel as black, or that the screen never comes on (implying the computer isn't sending any output)? Do fans spin up? Are there any lights on the motherboard? Is there a power button on the motherboard that you could try rather than the power button on the case? Answering these questions should help us diagnose the problem.

Before saying anything, you should answer "rvalkass" questions to get a better answer, as you said it will not power on or off with its button then i think you are trying to say that monitor powers up but the case doesn't power up so you should first check power supply because even without a cpu you should be able to turn on you case but you will not see any video and a POST beep indicates cpu failure so if you don't hear that beep it means that something is wrong with power, now for checking first remember what you have done when you opened the case, if you disconnected any cable check to see if you have forgotten to reconnect it or you have connected it wrong.For example start with two cables that powers up your mother board and cpu, one of them should be 24 pins and the other in your case i think should be 4 pins, these two are very important so check to see if you have connected them correctly, sometimes for reinstalling cpu you have to disconnect that 4 pins cable that comes from PSU, if you have done that so you should see and be sure that connection is not loose. after that do not close the case and just press the power button if you see nothing happening then you should check connections of PSU to power network and be sure that electric power comes to your PSU and of course the button behind the power should be on, after that check again and look at the fan of you psu, if your PC doesn't started but the fan of PSU moved a little this indicates that either you mother board or your PSU needs to be checked but if you saw no movement then it means you PSU is dead and you need to fix it.anyway you need to test each part with a functional PC if you haven't got any success, but before doing that you can try to see if your power supply gives that 5 volts of output when you plug in it, for checking that you can use a voltage meter (if you have) and find an ATX power supply map on google and check the +5VSB with a GND to see if it gives you the correct voltage, if it does then you PSU is fixable but if you didn't get the voltage it is better to buy a new one because the damage is serious. any way this is very important to remember that even without a cpu your case should be powered up and you should be able to hear cpu failing beep from buzzer of the case, if you do not hear that the problem is not from cpu it is from mother board or the PSU but you should be sure about the connection of buzzer and power button to the front panel of the case.
