i want to know which registerar accepts paypal money for registering domains.I plan to buy a domain for 2 years and it should be less than 6.5$.i think i can get .info for that.

usually your webhoster would give you an option to buy your domain name from them, which is usually a lot cheaper, you should check it out.

1and1 don't do Paypal, pretty sure like, but I have bought two domain names from them and they are really really cheap.

Well, I think the best is iPowerweb, if you want a "cheap" domain. If you want another cheap one, it's gotta be Yahoo! for $2.99 (USD) a year. So, if you trust Yahoo!, then go for it, man.

I think most of the major domain registration sites are accepting paypal. Ipowerweb as suggested by some member is a good one. But I would recommend you to go for https://de.godaddy.com/ for cheap domain registration. They are a big company with good support and good reputation. Remember Godaddy girl! Just check out their website for more details. It was quite cheap when I last visited their website.

I always use godaddy. They accept paypal. While it doesn't have domains this cheap, you can use godaddy coupons to get discounts. so the cost of the domain could get lowered to 7 plus. All you have to do is google godaddy coupons.

Godaddy accepts paypal, and has lots of free features when you register, free hosting, blogs ect 1.99 .info registeration

Why not just post a lot of messages and do it right here through Xisto?I haven't been using Xisto for long but I haven't had any problems yet,and from what I've read it seems pretty good. Dynadot.com is also pretty good for purchasing domain names.I've used thembefore.They accept paypal as well as credit cards.They are cheap too.The interface is a lot simpler than godaddy for making purchases.They don't try and strong arm you into making purchases you don't want.
