Firefox Browser Extensions Make Mozilla FireFox as YOU like it

Recommended Posts

Here is a tutorial to make Mozilla FireFox as YOU like it. In this topic, I will post some Mozilla FireFox ,with some notes on every link. Enjoy! ^_^

Abdlock

Instead of trying to block advertisments with unrealiable firewalls and anti-spywares, you can use Adblock in oder to block the advertisements you choose.

After the installation of the extention, blocking an advertisement is as simple, as right-clicking it, and Selecting Adblock. Then, you can just block

the selected ad, or block the advertisements coming from a selected domain, using a wildcard (*). Another feature of adblock that you might find usefull, is

the blocking of Flash advertisements.

Try Nightly Tester Tools. It allows to use extensions that aren't compatible with the current version. Its specially helpful if you test nightly builds but also if a new version comes out and your old extensions are no longer compatible.File Title. When you save a file it takes the name in the <title>...</title> tags as the file name. Helped me a lot. Also Remove it Permanently. Removes stuff like images, text, and anything from a page. And USer Agent Switcher. Lets Firefox Identify itself a IE so that pages that work only in IE can be seen by firefox.-----And User AdBlock Plus instead of AdBlock cause it has a Whitelist. And Also download the AdBlock FilterSet by G.-----------------------------Find these extensions using Google. I don't have the links and am too lazy to look them up.

Thanks for the extensions! By the way, are there more websites that have Firefox Skins/Themes (aside the official Mozilla page)? I currently have both Firefox and Thunderbird in the Aquatint Theme (to make it look Mac-ish). I was wondering where I can find more matching Themes.
