manuleka 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2013 I have been playing a fair bit of gaming lately (holidays) with my siblings... Titles include:1. Street Fighter X Tekken2. Need for Speed: Most Wanted3. Borderlands 24. Blur5. WarCraft III: Frozen ThroneI notice that Street Fighter X Tekken and Need for Speed which is played quite the most (due to multiplayer split-screen capabilities) usually crashes (the game itself and a few times gives my machine the bsd) with the bsd i never had time to view what the problem is because it just restarts immediately....I have two 12" Case Fans, and i am sure there is enough air flow, at front of the case underneath the hard drive i took out the front panel cover (DVD opening) and opening on side - so air flow shouldn't be a problemThe case is an Acrylic Sunbeamtech ACUF-HUVBAnyone had any suggestion on what could be the cause of the problem? Great!Next time I will have a game crash I will try the memtest86+ test. I always thought that a game crash means a bug inside the game code, I never thought about a bug in my system memory! I always thought that a game crash means a bug inside the game code, I never thought about a bug in my system memory! that's what i thought too at first, then i noticed it happens to most of my Graphics hungry games where as WarCraft III ran perfectly fine so i thought it would be the Video Card, but my card is a less than 5 month old MSI HD 7850... and didn't have a backup Card to test with other than onboard graphics which definitely wouldn't handle NFS Most Wanted and SFXT well (if at all)
