Logan Deathbringer 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2012 Damn, can you say "digital camera on Steroids"?I can't believe they packed all that into a point and shoot camera. Compare that to a professional Digital DSLR and you have a almost comperable camera, the only thing they didn't throw in was the ability to change out lenses. If they had given you the ability to change out lenses it would have been an unbelieveable deal. I honestly never thought I would see the day a camera like that was actually built. To quote yu manuleka, "WOW".

To quote yu manuleka, "WOW". It's a WOW alright... this Camera has a spec just under a Galaxy S III, The power house - 1.4GHz Quad, 1GB RAM, 21x OPTICAL Zoom, 16Megapixel, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 4.8" 1280x720 Screen etc... ITS A BEAST of an Android Camera Edited November 6, 2012 by manuleka (see edit history)
wutske 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2012 I hope they fixed the long boot time because I don't want to wait any longer than 1,5 second for my camera to start and I definitely don't want to navigate through some menu to find the "camera" application ... on my camera. A deep hibernation requires some time, a normal stand-by requires energy and a cold boot is just slow , so now matter how they do it, it'll be bad .

But then again, it's not nice you won't be able to use your camera after leaving it two weeks on the shelf .On the other hand, it's a nice camera with great specs and it'd be cool that you could share some high quality pics while traveling without the need of a laptop. On the other hand ... I prefer my dSLR

On the other hand ... I prefer my dSLR @radio power usage - thats a good point, battery will last longer... but with a device like that, it would be hard to leave it alone hehe...
