Deciding On A Cheap Gfx Upgrade

i'm wanting to upgrade my Video Card on my Desk PC..

here's the spec:
P4 755 3.2GHz
2GB RAM (2x1GB) Dual Channel
640GB SATA HDD
with a GEFORCE 7300GS 256MB


now i'm looking at these two:
1) Geforce 7600GT 256MB

2) Geforece 7950GT 256MB

both around 30 NZD (~ 23 USD)

i mostly play Warcraft III and and Far Cry, i'm also interested in trying out Crysis (may be at low settings my machine can handle it) and some other titles...

what are your thoughts?
