iGuest 3 Report post Posted September 19, 2010 Okay, so I ordered some hosting using MyCents order went all ok, but then while I was waiting for my account to be activated I got an email saying that they are unable to accept my order because my asta warning was 1 and that if I was to change me Asta warning to 0 they would activate my account. I am unsure weather they mean the warning on my account, If so how can I get it set to 0? Or are they meaning something else? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
iGuest 3 Report post Posted September 19, 2010 [uPDATE] Okay I am unable to find an edit but but any way here is an update! The support staff send they are unable to active my account due to me having a warning from over 2 years ago. They said I need to get a moderator to remove my warning (change it to 0%) before they can activate my account so if a moderator could please remove this warning for me would be good.
