I'm not sure, yordan. I googled all over the web and did not find a single helpful thing beside "http://forums.xisto.com/topic/97347-topic/?findpost=1064404618; which is where we are right this very moment. Do you have any ideas?

Django is a framework developed in Python.

Some days ago, I tried running simple python script using fast cgi, it gave 500 internal server error. I am not sure, whether I did something wrong or was the fault at servers end. Well I didn't care, as I was just testing out. May be you can contact the support to clarify your question.

By the way, are you sure django would run on shared server? Because I heard, people use some sort of dedicated resources or containers for running those things.

Python is just like PHP, but they don't mix up with each other. Each of them can Interact with MySQL databases though. Edited December 13, 2009 by Spencer (see edit history)

So, I think Spencer answered xhrist14n's question. Most of Xisto servers work fine with php, probably it will not be easy to make them work with Python.
