I am trying to create a PHP login connected to Mysql. The client wants to provide a single password key to people. When they come to the login page he wants them to be required to use that password but he wants them to then be required to enter their first and last name and email address (email address can be used as username)

I know how to create a simple login page but I am not sure how to create the system that they want.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
