Issues About Mycents

hi, Admin or Mod,I have some issues about myCents and hosting1.) my hosting got suspended due to the change on credit system. How do I re-enable my hosting ?2.) I checked out this url and its announcement. It stated me logon with email address with the record on this forum to enable the myCents feature. But that did't allow me login. Am I did anything wrong ?Thanks,

I think the old hosting system has officially been shut down, so you would need to enable myCENTs in order to earn cents towards your hosting account. Xisto - Support are excellent in their response times and customer service, but this usually depends on your local time zone and the time zone of the support staff.

I finally got the myCents to work with my forum account.But the hosting still is suspended. Do I really need submit a support ticket in the billing system ?

First log in to Xisto - Support, and have a look at your " My Products & Services" menu : http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
Check if you see your hosting plan. If not, the problem is there. if yes, there is another problem, but you still have to report it.
Go to "Submit Ticket" (https://support.xisto.com/submitticket.php) and choose Xisto - Support, and give the link to your site and say that the site is suspended, they will unsuspend it rather easily because your muCENTS system is now able to sustain your site.
Don't worry, you will see that Xisto people are very kind and very efficient.
