yordan 10 Report post Posted April 4, 2009 I have a problem with my Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200S SCSI CdRom Device under vista.After reboot, it sees each CD or DVD a blank one, and asks me to format it.If I use Nero to burn a CD, then the drive works perfectly and is able to read every media, as if Nero correctly initialized the drive. However it stops working after reboot...It seems to be obviously a vista driver problem, because Linux or vistaPE liveCD's boot correctly, and have no problem with the CD.The PC is a Packar Bbell and has a Packard Bell BV MCP73 1.XX motherboard.
