Drag And Drop Problems On Vista Hp MachineProblem With Drag And Drop (or So It Seems).

I have a drag and drop problem on vista using an hp computer.I am not so computer savvy but I am confdent that with a good step by step "how to"I can fix it.I am in beirut lebanon where I do not know any computer techs. And my life has become harder working on my computer.
