Sten 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2007 last night i told u about paint.NETcan i tell u something?if your making a habbo fansite then u will be using pixel art. you can do pixel art in paint or any graphics program.secondly, theres no programs to just "make a layout", u have to make it yourself.
