A Gold Leptop

Recommended Posts

The success of the program of TV "American Chopper" he/she opened space for "Computer Choppers". As the own name says, the business of those faces is to do modifications in computers, so that they have more style. And they are not joking: the last project published in their site is about a laptop of Apple browsed to gold. After buying Macbook Pro (that doesn't leave for less of R$ 10 thousand in Brazil), it will be necessary to invest more about of US$ 1,5 thousand to leave the machine gold. That has been not enough, it is also possible to stud the logo of Apple with diamonds-the price of that last alternative, that it should really be frightening, it was not published. You can imagine...

Thanks for your addition Impious, but your post is very hard to understand as it's in severely broken English.

He is talking about some news. 2 weeks ago I've listened similar news in the radio.
In my opinion, there are more than 500,000 people without house after a 8.0(richter) earthquake in PerĂş(and this is not the only country affected by catastrophes this year). I don't know how "rich people" may spend money on laptops made with gold and diamonds!!! they have to look the pain of people, they are hungry. There some very good and powerful machines from 1000$u to 2000$u, then they are able to donate the gold and diamonds and buy breath, coats, water and medicines.

Blessings!

I find it pointless to embellish a laptop (or any other piece of technology) with gold and diamonds. Because technology changes so fast, in maybe three years, you'll probably get a new laptop or whatever to get the latest technology. And these people would be able to do this; if they didn't, they wouldn't be embedding diamonds into their laptop, would they? But then if they bought a new laptop after this gold-and-diamond laptop, are they going to embellish this one too? What are they going to do with their previous laptop?

Besides, as DevilCuy said, they could've just left their laptop alone and donated some of the money they spent on the gold and diamonds to help out the poor.

And Impious, good luck with your English. Living in Canada, I know how many people see English as a difficult language to learn. Just speak/write it all the time and watch a lot of English TV shows. xD You'll probably get fairly proficient with English in no time. (By the way, your English, for me, really isn't too hard to understand.)

I wish I could get a laptop with a processor worth its weight in gold! Or something that will at least not crash every 5 minutes... Apple Macbook Pros are awesome. They don't need gold and diamonds to be awesome. Plus, you might be thinking how fly your laptop is, and then somebody else might think the same thing and go and steal it from right under your nose. Then they will be boasting to their friends about the gold laptop that they got for free.
