How to connect my USB modem on my labtop and phone simutaneouslyShare Internet Using Router And Modem That Uses Usb?

My  question is to Fault.Lee. Please I believe you have a solution to this problem. I have a USB modem, and am on monthly subscription, I can only use that modem on one PC at a time. 

I need to be using the same modem on my labtop simutaneously with phone Nokia(N81). How do I go about soving this problem, cos my money is going.
