hi,

i'm trying to make an account for free hosting and after filling in the form I get this from bellow.
can anyone tell me what I did wrong? do i have to wait more?
anyway, it sais i'm supposed to contact the administrator: "There were problems creating your account! Please Contact Administrator."
how do i do this?

I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.Just few hours ago we spotted issues with cPanel on gamma server (where all free web hosting accounts are established).Yes, looks like you'll need to wait until we can resolve this matter. I hope this will be resolved by tomorrow or earlier.I'll try to keep you and everybody up to date.

Either the CPanel has not been entirely fixed, either I'm doing something wrong, because everytime I try to make a new account I get the same error message as before...

Let's see if an admin is around here, and let's ask this admin have a look and see if the account has been partly created. If I suppose correctly, then an admin will have to first delete the account, and then you will be able to create the account again.

I saw some posts that their are some minor bugs in the cpanel update concerning new folders being added under the cpanel. So wait patiently and you should be able to get your hosting account applications filled out and submitted.

I see you have the same problem as I do.
I reported this problem to one of the forum's admins and this was the answer I got:

I'm very sorry to inform you that at this time there isn't anything I can do to solve this problem. The system which is in place for new hosting account creation is not working with the most recent upgrade of the cPanel. The cPanel upgrade was required to fix other issues.
I'm not sure how much longer the system will be down. The Server Admin is currently studying for his midterm exams. While I understand that this is an inconvienience for you, I must remind you that this is a free service and the Server Admin is paying the bill so when he says that he can't get to it today, we usually don't argue with him.

I don't think this will be much longer. Your username being reset will not solve the problem. The error message is just the creation system trying to cope with the idea that it isn't working correctly.

We will inform you via the forum once the system is opperational again.

Well i know the xisto servers experienced a cpanel problem a few weks ago, Have you tried re-creating your account? Im sure if you pm the admins they will help you.

As far as I know, the system was fixed on October 24th. If it is true that there are still problems then you need to update me with a PM as soon as possible.Please try your creation process once again and let be know what happens. Other members have been getting their accounts created without any problems.vujsa
