Forwarding Email How to foward Astahost Default Email

Recommended Posts

Instead of checking my Xisto webmail, is there a way to forward my emails to my existing email account? For example, my default email address is doudou@doudou.astahost.com and I would like to receive it through my gmail or yahoo since I will check it more frequently. How do I do this? Note, this is not the same as setting up a forward/alias email, I know how to do that.

Thanks

If you look at the gmail FAQ at gmail site, it's said that you cannot redirect another mail to gmail. You can only setup your gmail settings so that the mail you send from gmail is seen with doudou@doudou.astahost.com as sender name.

1. login to gmail..

2. find the settings link.

3. locate Forward and Pop

4. click Forward a copy of incoming mail to and enter the email address at the box provided

viola.. your email will be forward.. oh, dont forget to save the changes..
