ginginca 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2006 Hello all!A quick introduction ... I have been in the web development field since the days of 486's and netscape 2.0. So I guess I'm a bit of an old timer.I'm a partner in a marketing firm and web development is one of our specialties. All our coding is done by hand. Since I learned to code in notebook I kinda see WYSIWYG editors as cheeting *grin*CheersGin

yordan 10 Report post Posted July 7, 2006 Welcome aboard. I hope you will enjoy your stay with us.You will see that old good tricks still work here, but the funny things in the Fantastico control pannel are rally nice.If you still want to use old things, remember you can request for a ssh access, then you can use "vi" as any pure old Unix fanatics, or directly type "mysql" in order to directly create or update your database tablesSee youYordan.
