Mouse And Keyboard Not Responding...

Recommended Posts

Firstly, try to unpluge mouse and keyboard, then, plugin, make sure they are firmly plugged in;Secondly, reboot; If the above doesn't work, run a full virus scan;If find no virus, remove the OS default mouse and keyboard driver, and install the drivers provided by the manufactur; If the above doesn't work, use OS install CD to reboot PC, formate it and re-install OS-- this is the ultimate solution for solving all the pain, but you ought to have your data safely backed up before doing this.

I have the same problem, both mouse and keyboard is Packard Bell but for some unknown reason they lose connection, using the touch screen to access the Control Panel doesn't help, it says they are connected. Turning them on an of doesn't help, doesn't actually do anything but light is still on mouse..?

¬¬ So annoying considering this is brand new and supposed to be uber amazing next generation software...

I have NO IDEA what to do, can't seem to find anyone with the same problem...
