Don't Know What To Buy Any advises?

I've got $100 bonus from an IT contest. I need many things. But all I have is just $100. I don't know what to buy. Here's the list of what i need:

A PDA
A DVD-ReWriter
200GB Hard Disk
1GB RAM (I need to run some virtual machines, I'm having a networking project)
renew my domain (this's not hardware related).

I need all, but I don't have enough money. Just $100, that's all.

Would you please help me in making a decision?

Wow ... don't you just wish you had 200$ ? Maybe you could compromise somewhere, like take 512MB RAM and a 120GB HDD? Or maybe a RAM and DVD-ReWriter? Since the RAM is important for your project, maybe you should take that for sure.

I'm thinking about keeping the money until I get more. If I try my best, I may win $200-$500 this year. The IT contests are ways for me to get income. Alright, I may buy 1GB RAM. Because I really need it for my project.
